Stewart completed a bathroom refit for me. From the beginning his communication skills were perfect, he kept me apprised at every stage, he was prompt and efficient. He went out of his way to fetch materials and the price was incredibly reasonable compared to other quotes. He and Charlie were tidy, friendly polite and made the whole experience stress free. I would absolutely recommend this company without a moment's hesitation.

Stewart and his team have been an absolute lifesaver for me. In the middle of a chaotic extension that I am project managing his team came in and worked tirelessly to get us 1st fixed well ahead of schedule. What an excellent service Stewart provided. He project managed a really stressful situation for us when we had a flood a faulty installation when we had a new kitchen fitted. The kitchen hallway and cloakroom had to be completely stripped back to allow for drying which took over 5 months. He was here from the start and put a brilliant team together. Carpenters plasterer kitchen fitter electrician tiler and his own plumbing works . Always there with a calm reassuring voice when things got to much. Today he came with his apprentice Charlie to complete the final plumbing works. Everything is back and so much better than it was. We can’t thank him

Finally we have heat after a week without.
Stewart and Charlie were efficient and tidy when installing our new Gloworm boiler today.
Stewart did give us other repair options and even told us the cheapest way to go about the repairs, which was helpful, but we determined it was time for a new boiler anyway as the existing boiler was 21 years old, unreliable and inevitably would need replacing.
Very pleased to finally have a hot bath in a warm house! Thank you

Leaking pipe in kitchen ceiling, hidden behind at least four other pipes. Access was extremely tricky, but Stuart did a fantastic job and had everything fixed in a couple of hours.
The alternative would have been to rip the bathroom above apart to get through the floor!
Very, very pleased with the quality of workmanship, and just how hard Stuart worked to make sure we didn't have to resort to plan B.

After spending a week without hot water and being messed around by my insurance company approved emergency plumbers, 1 phone call and a few text messages to Stu was all that was needed, he managed to fit me in to his schedule and fitted a new boiler a couple of days after the first phone call. Extremely impressed with his work ethic, quick and efficient, talked me through every step and spent the time at the end of the day going through everything so I knew exactly what I needed to know and was comfortable before he left. highly recommend Stu and the team for all your plumbing needs.

Greg did a great job for us mending an external leak. Communication was great throughout, from quote visit to completion of work.

Stewart has been amazing. He has just fitted a kitchen for me in a rental property where a quick turnaround was key. I booked him a few weeks ago so I was really pleased when he came on the agreed day and finished within a few days as expected. So often jobs get pushed back, but not with Stewart. He has been superb. He tidied up every day and always very polite and considerate. The kitchen is a massive improvement and looks great. I have no hesitation to highly recommend him.

Turned up at the time agreed. Was tidy, and was very methodical in his work, left me with the confidence in doing a great job on replacing our 20+ year old bath and sink taps. Along with replacing a new electric shower. Came highly recommended, and I will recommend to anyone who requires any plumbing work or boiler servicing and repairs….

Stewart came out quickly to resolve an emergency leak, so grateful that he was able to come out so promptly. Found the leak and capped off the water for us without causing much damage or mess. We will definitely be using Stewart for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Thanks Stewart.

Had Becko jr come out and fit a new kitchen hob for us and was reasonably priced.
All work was completed in a couple of hours and left our kitchen in a clean and tidy state.
Would have no problems in recommending to friends and family if they required work to be completed.

We asked Stewart to conduct some remedial plumbing work on our office, ready for a drinking fountain installation. Stewart helped me out massively with a dishwasher installation that two so called installation companies put in the too difficult box. It took him less than 5 minutes which says something for his knowledge and ability.

Ironically, we only came across him when he was working next door. So glad we did and shall definitely be asking him to do more work here.

Stewart priced us reasonably for a waste pipe replacement. He has great communication, kept everything tidy, was on time and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was ok. Very friendly and kept me up to date with the job as he worked. I would definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company for repairs at a rental property that I own and I can say that I’m very impressed with the efficient service provided. Found Aqua Heat Assures details on the Southern Water website in relation to a leak I was looking to get someone to help identify.

From first first contact through to locating the leak Stuart was amazing - he came when he said he would, he was methodical in his approach to identifying the issue and nothing was too much trouble.

Would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future for anything plumbing related.
