I orderd three different 30 ml parfumes in one set for 150 Euro. The smell remains 5 minutes. I asked the company to proofe if the parfume was fresh. They wrote back, that of course the parfume was fresh and recommended to use it several times a day. As it does not smell 5 minutes, I have to use it several times in an hour, after one week the bottle will be empty. Just anmoying for this money!

Terrible company.. purchased aftershave for Christmas and it sent it back on the 11th January but it took until 11th April for them to even acknowledge they were issuing a refund.

I read below the same bad experience that I have just had with this company. I paid £246 for a perfume and the courier (if you can call UPS a courier) kept sending me emails saying that they had tried to deliver but no one was at home to pay the £64.50 import charge. They had not tried to deliver apparently twice. I work from hom and was in on both ocasions UPS purported to deliver. I emailed Aqua Di Parma asking why they did not make this clear or why they do not have this in the terms and conditions on there website. They replied saying that they would pay me straight away if i pay the courier and send my bank details to them. I was not prepared to do that so they then stated that i should refuse the delivery and once the product was back in there warehouse (In Italy) they would refund me. Here is where the problem starts again, the parcel is with UPS, this is a company that say the deliver when in fact they do not. Simply appaling service, so the chances of the product being sent back to Italy are as reliable as the parcel arriving to me, even if i was wiling to pay the import charge, it was never delivered and likely case is they (UPS) probabley cannot be bothered to try to collect any parcel what has a duty to pay. So i emailed Aqua Di Parms stating the above, they refused to offer a refund and insisted that the parcel must be in the possesion before they refund. We all know that will not happen. So, as the person below has mentioned, this is illegal. One saving grace, is that i paid by AMEX who are very quick at creating a chargback case, money refunded to me by AMEX in a matter of seconds, case closed. I hope people read this before ordering from them, if you are in the UK, you will have the same problem. If you want to experaince a load of hassle and not get what you ordered (if you are stupid and thick in other words) then go ahead and order from Aqua Di Parma website. I hope people reading this are however intelligent and take note and do not order from them.

Misleading Pricing on the website - doesnt include import duty. I ordered some expensive perfume as a gift. When it was eventually delivered, the courier UPS demanded tax / duty of £43. It was never made clear ion the website or on the order confirmation. I returned the product two weeks ago. Still havent received a refund. Surely this kind of practice must be illegal.
