Ordered my shower screen in March was told it was In stock 4 weeks later no communication what so ever so I rang them to which they said my screen had got broken in transit and they would get a new one out to me, every week after that I rang them and got the same answer it's stuck in the suez canal then after that because of covid they have a shortage of drivers !!! I told them they are the only ones still using covid as an excuse. I've not once got a phone call or email from this company even though I have emailed asking a manager to contact me, I'm finally supposed to be getting my screen Tuesday I won't believe it till it arrives. I will never use this company again the worst customer service I've ever come across. I would just like to add I was offered a refund several times which I declined thinking it would only be another 2 week wait for my screen which ended up being over 10 week wait if I had known it was going to be this long I would have accepted the refund also they did send me out my shower tray next day delivery but again it was me doing all the ringing up and emailing. I should have recieved my screen today I took a day off work and late yesterday the cancelled my order without speaking with me and are refunding me for the screen I've been waiting 14 weeks for, I will never ever use this company again I really feel my order got cancelled because of this review as when I spoke to them this morning they said my review wasn't a honest one as I forgot to mention they offered me a refund and sent my tray out !!! Still very poor customer service I asked to speak to a manager they said managers don't speak with anyone as they are working from home 🙄 that says it all.

Ordered a bathroom from these guys on the …it was delivered just 2 days late
All checked on arrival and all complete and intact. Now it’s fitted it’s amazing quality and the quadrant shower is awesome. If I’m honest I didn’t know what to expect ordering online and at their prices but I’m so glad we did. If you’re looking for a new bathroom don’t hesitate to shop here . Such an easy pleasant transaction from start to finish, great customer service and super fast delivery.

Vanity unit is beautiful and quick delivery but base drawer was damaged on delivery and I have had no response from Aquabliss when trying to resolve.

Excellent service and very helpful. Realised after 3 months that a vital part of the package was missing, only found when plumber started fitting. Company only too happy to send it, despite my delay. Would recommend.

Aquabliss had a particular size of shower cubicle we couldn't get from other suppliers. We explained our time requirements before ordering and they kept their promise.
The quality is excellent and it looks great. Our experienced fitter said it was the easiest screen he had ever fitted.

Not worth the hassle.

Ordered a toilet and shower enclouse at start of February and paid online. After 5 days, received an email to advise there is an additional £35 surcharge for delivery, phoned and paid this the same day to avoid any further delays. 3 weeks later, still no sign of delivery. Was advised it would be delivered on X, or Y, and then a week later told it was stuck at customs. At no point was a tracking number or freight company contact provided, and happily refunded under the guise of "we've asked for the goods to be returned". I suspect the goods were never shipped. Should've read the reviews here first. OK when things go alright, but any sign of a hiccup and its a nightmare.

My son found your company on line as we were looking for a shower that would fit my bathroom and we were more than happy with the service we received and knowledge of staff which were so helpful that we ordered the rest of what we needed only one thing didn't come on pallet but received in couple of days although we had paid an extra 15 pounds for fast delivery would more than happy to recommend

We bought a shower unit from Aquabliss before Christmas, plumber came to fit it last week and some of it was missing, I rang customer services on Monday and explained to Jordan what had happened, i emailed photos through and new parts arrived today. Thank you Jordan and Scott for your help, great customer service👏🏻👏🏻Can have a shower now 😀

Excellent customer service, even after I queried the price. Arrived a day latter than promised, but guess that's to be expected at the moment. No breakages, well packaged. Looks stunning now it's all fitted.

Aquabliss customer service was very professional and helpful in tracking down some spare parts..Very impressed..

Excellent initial service. Unfortunately the toilet pan that we purchased was smashed in the packaging. Toilet was quickly replaced after sending proof of damage.

The service was excellent and the back service was top class. The courier company had not dropped off the legs with the bath which was actually my fault for faffing about at the time of the delivery. I contacted Aquabliss to let them know and the legs were delivered and at my door the following day. Brilliant service. Very happy

Ordered a shower screen. It arrived with missing parts so cant fit it. Having chased the company with multiple phone calls and emails. They told us that because of Covid things were delayed and they were trying to get the parts. Still waiting over 6 months later. They are now saying they are trying to get parts but as a gesture of goodwill.... We have asked for refund or replacement but they are saying they wont give us one. Sorting this out should not be a gesture of goodwill when the screen arrived without the correct parts in the first place. My next steps are to report this company and my lawyer will be getting involved. AVOID

They do not deserve 1 star. At first we thought how efficient they were. Placed our order late on a Thursday talked on the phone with someone on the Friday. Was told everything in stock and would be with us by the Wednesday. The delivery was 1 day late and arrived with badly damaged shower screen and chipped bath. Returned straight away and was told new bath would be with us next day. We had next delivery following week and again another badly damaged bath and no replacement screen. By this time we have been without a functional bathroom for a week. Several calls and emails later we told them to refund us for items we had returned and we would buy elsewhere as we kept arranging for the tradesman to be here when they said goods would and had to pay him even tho nothing turned up. We have had refund for the bath but nothing else. We were left 4 weeks without a bathroom and told them many times that a disabled person was left to struggle, they did not listen and kept making promises they could not keep. Do not consider using this company or listen to the poor excuses. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.

Ordering on this site was easy, with confirmation of order details and delivery times very efficient, ordered in 21st dec and delivered before Xmas . Excellent all round purchase experience.

We ordered a shower tray from Aquabliss and awaited its arrival. After 2 weeks this was chased and was told someone will get back to me but heard nothing... so the next day, Friday, I called and was told it will be with me by Tuesday. Tuesday came and we received an email saying that it was damaged in transit, that old chestnut!

We were then told one will be expedited to us I asked when via email and had no response.

After a day of waiting, we got another email saying that it was no longer in stock and won't be back in until Jan!

We were offered a refund 4 days ago and we are yet to receive it.

Very poor show Aquabliss, your customer service has let you down here massively and we have 3 bathrooms to deck out and were going to use yourselves. Thankfully we only put this order with you to try you out
