They are always professional.

They are always neat, courteous, friendly, & professional. If we see an area of concern they always spray that area extra thoroughly. We are happy with their work & service.

The Techs were great

The Techs were great. I don’t like the scheduling system. I didn’t get enough notice for an appt Aptive set for me. The notice was so late I could not reschedule Milne. I felt they came to my house way too often.

One time I was told I need to keep my appts so I meet my contract terms. My contract had expir d months ago. M

They do a great job

They do a great job, are always happy to help, and are great at solving any problems that come up. They are well priced and we have not had any pests in the two years we’ve used them, all while using environmentally friendly products. We highly recommend Aptive!!

Up until now it’s been really good

Up until now it’s been really good. But since April 14th I’ve had to call them back 3 times. Idk if you all got a bad batch or what.

No confidence.

I had the unfortunate experience of following one of their employees on the highway this morning in the St Louis area. The driver was very erratic with the vehicle operation, swerving beyond the lines of the lane they attempted to occupy.
I then noticed the registration of the car was 11 months expired, didn’t want to attempt to pass as I expected the insurance to be lapsed as well.

If you can’t keep a vehicle up to date, how bad are the internal operations?

DaQuan provides great service

DaQuan has serviced us this year and is an excellent communicator and service provider. I've yet to have a poor service since 2020. DaQuan is the best of the best.

Worst Pest Control Service Company I Know!

They had my technician spraying for I don't even know what pests because it wasn't ANY of the pests I hired y'all to spray for! I hired y'all to spray for spiders, ants, roaches, fleas, ticks, wasps, etc. ALL pests! But they weren't having my technician spray for ants, fleas, and ticks, at least, when last Spring came (Spring 2024) and we ended up with a HORRIBLE flea INFESTATION! And because of finding out that y'all did us dirty on our pest control, I went out (July 2024) and pulled up one of the termite bait traps to see if y'all had conned us into a termite contract we didn't need on top of doing us wrong with the pest control. And sure enough, not one little bit of the termite bait has been touched! I repeated this with other termite bait traps over the months I've fought y'all to get the termite contract dropped and our money returned to us. And every time I've pulled another termite bait trap up, no matter how many months it's been in the ground, none of the bait has been touched! Which means y'all's guy LIED to us about having termites, in order to trick us into that extra contract!!! 😡 And though y'all have FINALLY ended our contract without continuing to try any longer to get MORE money from us y'all DON'T deserve, y'all still haven't REFUNDED us our money y'all LIED in order to obtain!!! So, NO I am NOT, at all, pleased with your services! And, I guess, I should've taken it as a red flag, the way y'all had me do my previous pest control service, Joshua's Pest Control, in order for y'all to have us hire y'all instead. Though, I have to admit, I wasn't pleased with their services anymore either the second Spring I had them hired for because there were pests I was starting see I shouldn't have had around still if they were still spraying for what I had hired them to spray for and it led to me making the, apparent, mistake of hiring y'all in their place. I basically fought y'all almost a year, just shy of it, to get free of the termite contract we should have never been in if y'all's guy hadn't lied about us having termites when we don't.

Comprehensive Treatment

My overall experience with Aptive has been above average. They treat my home inside and out. I appreciate that they also treat my gardens. Although I am not a fan of auto-scheduled appointments, I usually don’t have a problem with rescheduling them when I need to.
