Christon Young was very professional

Christon Young was very professional, polite and got the job done. I was having problems with black spiders, small yellow spiders, earwigs and silver fish. He said he sprayed to take care of these. I also have Carpenter bees out side over my deck and he was going to check on what can be done about these. Please advise. Thank you.

Regarding the carpenter bees around your deck, Aptive services do not specifically target wood-destroying pests, including carpenter bees. However, treatments may have an effect on carpenter bees if they come into contact with treated areas during their normal activity.

Ants, bugs, snails, hornets, wasps, yellow jackets. Total waste of money and expensive. Contract ends in July. THANKFULLY!!!!!!

They communicate well

They communicate well. They notify you a few days ahead of time when they will arrive. They ask you to identify any problems ahead of time. Always friendly. They send pictures of what they have done along with a text explaining the process.

I've had them almost a year and still not excited

I've had them almost a year. Started off with summer hires and that didn't always go well. Got a very good tech and she made me want to stay. Got a different tech and had to show him around. Salesman told me they spray 8 feet around house. Then I'm told 5 feet by a tech. This last tech said they don't spray concrete. If they dont spray concrete, then most of my foundation area would not get sprayed and I will have bugs in house. Was told entire yard gets treated and bushes. This last tech didn't know what an azalea was nor how to treat the bugs on them. Nor did he know what to do about aphids and I know my entire yard was not sprayed...the main reason I switched to this service. Unless something changes, I do not plan to keep this service after my 2 years are up. I do not want to give them a buyout. If I have to make sure they doing what was promised or get frustrated cause they don't know what to do, I might as well do it myself.

Knowledge is the best!!

We are always very pleased with our service from Aptive! The technician lets us know when he or she is on their way to our house so that we can make sure our dog is inside. Upon completion, we always get an overview of what was done. All of this information ensures we are knowledgeable and satisfied we continue to use Aptive!

Not Happy

We have asked on multiple occasions that our service be scheduled at 4:30 pm or on a Sat. so someone will be here to allow the tech in so the inside can be treated. This NEVER happens. We always have to schedule a retreat on a Sat. so the interior can be treated. We still have the Smokey browns in the house. We are a YEAR in for treatments and are not seeing much improvement. Our home is not dirty and it is frustrating that we are paying for a service with no real improvements. The last tech that was here was supposed to spray the exterior entry points with On Contact materials and check our mosquito traps. When the tech finished inside, they walked around the ends of the house, then left. They didn't complete the service. We are paying $83 a month for sub par service. At this point, we most likely will not renew a contract with Aptive.
Not Happy!
