No more bugs all over our yard!

Since using Aptive's services, we have experienced fewer bugs in our home and in our yard. We used to have problems with silverfish, ants, beetles, spiders and bugs and flys of all kinds. Now, we hardly ever see the bugs that used to rule our lives. The man that comes to spray our yard is always cordial and listens to any problems or directions I have. He is wonderful.

Pest free since starting with Aptive

My yard has been free of pests since I’ve been using Aptive. Plus the crickets have stopped coming into the house! The reps who treat the yard have all been helpful and thorough. I would recommend Aptive to anyone who needs pest control.

great company great people…

The people that combine are always polite and great people to deal with. We never have problems with buds in the house they stay put outside, but we don’t have a problem outside either. We love this company. It’s great and I highly recommend it.

I’m getting more & more frustrated &…

I’m getting more & more frustrated & upset after my last 2 services from you regarding my scheduled appt & then my having to have a re-service done on account of spider issues & the ants & gnats etc not being addressed so that it’s getting the issue resolved for a couple of months like it USE TO DO but now not so much at all so I am having a whole lot of concerns about the lack of product being used whether it’s a watered down version or if you’re now using a cheaper & inferior product because SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG for the ants to be running rampant still in my front yard & back yard & down by my mailbox at the end of my driveway & then all over my driveway in between the stamped concrete etc & all around the mow strips etc etc…a whole lot of areas weren’t even touched as I watched the playbacks on all of my cameras in the front yard & my backyard!!!
Additionally for the last 2-3 times now I have NOT gotten my reminder text message for a 30 minute alert to their arrival so that I can let our dogs out to go potty so that we can keep them inside until product is completely dry & then to top all this I have NOT been sent any pictures of all the areas that they concentrated on & what all they did which I especially need to see that they went through the little gate on my back hill that is the main access to that hill that’s supposed to be getting the granules poured under each fruit tree & sprayed all along the fence that’s shared with my neighbors & then also very important is the necessary spraying all around my Bay Window area which again can only be accessed through this little gate leading up the backyard hill & that side of my home which has my Bay Window & other areas that definitely need to be kept treated!!!
This is so upsetting beyond words especially since I was telling others about your excellent services that I have been getting but now it’s gone SOUTH & is heading to using a product that isn’t addressing my pests issues or sending me my 30 minute alert before your arrival time so that I can take care of my pets & make sure that someone is there along with sending me my pictures of all the areas that were done…I’d REALLY APPRECIATE an explanation ASAP. And as I watched the re-service I saw 2 Technicians there at my home BARELY doing anything at all so I need some answers please.

APTIVE Gets The Job Done!

I have found APTIVE very helpful in clearing out all of the unwanted bugs, ants, spiders and mice that come around my home during various times of the year. Wasp, spider and mice

Wasps, spiders, and other insects outside around the roof eaves were kept at bay. Glad that the mice in the garage were exterminated and new ones ended up in the traps.
