Technician Chis is the BEST!

My technician Chris Vega is always prompt, thorough and professional. He communicates his arrival and sends pictures upon finishing service. He is the ONLY ONE who checks ALL traps and replaces ALL "sticky strips" and sends me pictures of what he found. He should serve as an example and/or trainer for all other technicians.
Others text and never follow up. If I am not home they do not attempt to contact me to enter my backyard or garages, which is where most of my concerns are located. Keep up the great work!

I’ve had good experience with Aptive

They canceled my first appointment

They canceled my first appointment, didn't tell me, left me waiting 5 hours. The second appointment was supposed to be between 8-12 and technician showed up at 2:30 pm! Poor communication. May try another company.
