Still have bee problem after 4 visits

After 4 attempts by Aptive to take care of the problem, our mason bee hive in our home's brick wall is still active.

Texted before arrival and took care of…

Texted before arrival and took care of the wasp nest and also the mouse bait box. Wish this company was more consistent with their applications on appointment dates. It took several phone calls before they actually handled the issues we were having. Originally they sent someone out who did not text before arrival and sprayed a neighbors property (only found this out by looking at the pictures they posted on our account) and never addressed the issues that we called about.
This is not a reflection of the man who showed up for this visit. This is definitely an issue with the company though. They told us their system was down on the prior visit. Seems like an excuse since this has happened before.

Sugar ants still active in kitchen a week after servicing. This is the same reason we called in the beginning but still we have this issue, even after repeated discussions with your techs.

Canceled service due to cost

I was able to cancel my service fairly easily. Of course, I was offered a reduced price but, still too high. I have no complaints regarding my service or the result of treatments.

Five Star Pest Treatment Service

Brandon checked in with me to make sure my needs were taken care of and promptly went to work on my treatment. He notified me of his arrival time and followed up with a summary of the treatment. I think these treatments do help.

i had a problem with black ants in…

i had a problem with black ants in kitchen and the tech treated around the base of cabinetry, base of and outside, in basement, but the ant problem continued. I had to buy ant traps and that seemed to work.

The technician was thorough in his inspection. Just think ant traps would have been helpful.
