1. The sales lady was very nice, believed in the product and stands behind it.
2. The technician who came to our house the first time was very thorough, he actually brought a team of trainees and they went around the yard applying the product all the way to the back of our acre property.
3. The next technician who came to our house actually didn't show up at all.
4. When I called customer service to explain that no one had showed up they just said let me reschedule you. No apology just rescheduled for a few days later and told me it would be between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
5. On the date of the next treatment the technician didn't show up until 4:30, he sprayed a little in the front yard and put a little ant killer in the backyard did not go all the way to the fence did not spray as far as we know and did not knock on the door and let us know they were even there. We have a very large dog that could do some major damage if you go into our backyard without us knowing and he happens to be out there. Thankfully that did not occur.
5. When I discussed this with the very nice sales lady she explained that the person I talked to on the phone set up the scheduled appointment for 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. which tells the technician they can come anytime during the day.
6. What I find with this company is a lot of miscommunication a lot of disregard for their customers by not doing the job that the sales team promises they will do. They have even made mistakes on the billing and send us email saying they're sorry for how they charged us for tax when they were not supposed to or I don't even understand it all. I'm still waiting to see if any of their technicians stay long enough to be good at their job.

This has happened several times. Call that on their way or show up with NO prior scheduling.
Last time they texted on june sixth, they were on their way, and I caught it.And I said, no, i'm not here.I need I need you to you to do at least 48 hrs call to schedule. Twch saud he would add to notes. Tech today checked and not there.
The guy just shows up because he texted me 20 mins prior but I did not have phone with me and did not respond. didn't have my phone with me. Nice guy and not those guys' fault, but they never give you a warning or ask.If you're going to be there, they just want to show up. It’s not the Techs, it's the scheduling, i'm about to cancel with active and find a pest control that will respect me as person and a customer and do what I ask to let me know ahead and not lie to.
Techs are usually Great. I am just very, very frustrated with office. This has been going on for a while.

I've been a customer for quite some time now, and have seen some technicians that offer little to no accurate advice, or on the other hand, I've seen some excellent technicians that are highly skilled. They ALL, however, have a scripted and memorized introduction of what all they will do for you today, and how they will go above and beyond the call of duty in order to win s 5-star review for their most excellent service. Yeah, well that's not happening. Three minutes later they're down the road, and you realize they didn't even check the rat traps to freshen the bait, because I had forgotten to mention that it probably needed to be done. They are actually supposed to check every time they service a customer. So if you don't tell him specifically what you want treated, it won't get their attention.

No ethics or integrity. This experience was forced upon me by 2 rude sales reps who knocked on our door that said no soliciting. The female of the two reps smirked rudely when I pointed out the sign and pompously claimed "oh I don't have my contacts on today so I can't read that". Funny that my security camera has her waiving at the camera on her approach from plenty far away to indicate she can see fine. Both reps claimed they had the permits required to knock in our neighborhood, and then refused to provide them. The company says: "Aptive sales representatives will always have a verifiable ID badge." Both reps refused to give permits, sales ID badges, or even a business card. Then calling into the main company to complain, I was told they were going to connect me to someone who would help me address this, and then they hung up on me. Fortunately I have 2 videos both with audio, plus the recorded phone call, and I found neighbors with similar experiences of the same two people. Once I've received the videos from my other neighbors, I'm posting all of them to many social media platforms next week. I won't go to that extent if I get a call from a manager (and a response to this message) who proves this is being fixed and not taught as a sales tactic since it is illegal, as well as verification that the rep is fired or a direct apology received from that rep via phone. Photo attached is of the reps who are committing criminal trespass under Texas Penal Code $30.05. My name and phone number was left with the 2nd rep I talked with on the phone when calling in to the main company line.
