Excellent way to add extra protein to your day. Add 2 good scoops to 4/5 litres of water and drink throughout your day. Taste is great, plenty of flavours to choose from. I use a blender to mix it with and a small amount of water, which makes it easier. I also add 5g creatine into the mix.
