Really good. Darren explained everything and mended the dishwasher there and then

Darren went beyond what was necessary, super helpful and very trusting with all of his advice. I would recommend in an instant.

Very efficient service, useful advice, engineer arrived on time. All round an excellent service.

A very pleasant and honest person who sorted the washing machine issue with no fuss, cleaned up afterwards and only charged the call out fee.

Excellent service and Darren was very informative and kept me updated at all times. Would highly recommend

Very reliable and quick service. Thanks so much.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Appliance Repairs Northeast. I initially booked them to diagnose a persistent E21 error on my integrated dishwasher. The engineer, Darren, correctly identified the issue during the first visit and ordered the necessary replacement pump. A week later, he returned exactly as scheduled to install the new part, and the dishwasher has been running perfectly ever since. The process—from the initial diagnosis to the final repair—was efficient, professional, and well-communicated. I highly recommend them for their technical expertise and reliability.

Charges clearly explained before the appointment. Turned up on time. Listened to what I had to say about the problem then fixed the dishwasher quickly and without a fuss. Price exactly as discussed before the visit.

The engineer arrived on time, did a thorough check on the machine and explained what he was doing throughout. He was efficient and professional.

Arrived on time, did a great job at fixing our cooker at a very reasonable price. Very professional
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Darren arrived at the time he said he would, explained what the issue was with the washing machine and fixed it. A great service and will definitely use them again

Darren was knowledgeable and fixed our washing machine quickly and provided helpful advice. Price is very reasonable and he didn't try to sell or push any other products.

Excellent, prompt service from Darren. Clear explanations of the issue with washer and also discovered another manufacturers fault and advised how to pursue with Curry’s under Consumer Rights.

The thermostat on our cooker broke down, as its an old cooker - 23 years old but still in good working condition - the part had ceased being manufactured, so not to be deterred, he put out a call to supplies and stockists to see if they had one sitting on a shelf, luckily there was one very similar which works perfectly. Darren's communication and appointment times are excellent, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.

After reading good reviews about Appliance Repairs Northeast. I called them to replace the door seal on my washing machine. We agreed a date and he turned up exactly on time and did a really good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing appliance repairs
