Scam They say its free to make a qr code but after 15 days its telling trials end and all qr codes deactivate until you pay subscription . If i want to pay i would but not in a site that telling its free and its not

scam, do not use, the service is not free

An absolute scam of a company. They do false advertising "claiming" to have a "free service" when they DO NOT. Don't create any QR codes with them. They will in 14 days force you to pay +100$ to retain your dynamic QR code.

THIS GERMAN COMPANY IS A SCAM. Beware, do not use their QR Codes as they redirect unless you pay. After you pay their free QR Code won't work and redirects you to w URL on their website saying:

Their support won't respond and ignore you. I wished I had ready the reviews about them before paying them. I am disputing my $150 Euro with AMEX.

I also was scammed and lied to about getting refunded. It only says “Free” on the website about 100 times. Unfortunately I used them for wedding invitations. Then not to mention the fake reviews on google… I’ll just be disputing the charges with my bank

This company is an absolute scam, they should not rank as high on google search feed. They seem legit and after 14 days tell you your free trial expires. They lie about having a free option. DO NOT MAKE YOUR QR CODE WITH THIS DISGRACE OF A COMPANY.

Phony scammy company. They don't tell you your QR codes will deactivate after 14 days until you get an email notice asking for payment. I had to pay because my marketing materials has already been distributed so there was nothing I could do. Shame on this shady company.

I used these people to create a QR code for a public survey in connection with a neighbourhood plan. I had to use one of their paid plans. At the end of the year these people debited me for £60 without any warning or prior notice whatsoever. When I contacted them they just said they "could not refund me" and that was it.
They are just scam artists, probably getting 2 years payments out of most people who pay to use them.

It's worth reading the other 1 star review of them.

They are just parasitic creeps who use the internet to make money without doing anything. Vermin. Avoid like the plague!

I created a QRcode, and after 14 days it was disabled and now I could no longer find the Free option on the website. I was panicking as the code was now printed for customers (I'm a small startup).
The good thing was that after sending an email to Egoditor I had a very fast reply and the code was reactivated. I give them only 3 stars because of the confusion. But I do like the site and service and will probably continue using them when I go pro. in the future.
To help others, that might get confused I have enclosed Egoditors reply below:

Dynamic QR Codes created within the free 14-day trial period get deactivated once the trial expires. These Dynamic QR Codes can be edited even after printing and also collect scan statistics.

Static QR Codes will not expire. These can't be updated and don’t collect any statistics. Unfortunately, it's not possible to convert Static QR Codes into Dynamic QR Codes or vice versa.

I have activated the Free Plan on your account and your code is now active.

The Free Plan is our option for people who want to create 1 Dynamic Website QR Code and up to 5 Static QR Codes free of charge and without expiration.

However, please note that other kinds of Dynamic QR Codes like vCard, PDF, Facebook, App, and MP3 are not included in this plan.

Moreover, once created and possibly printed, the codes in this plan can no longer be edited and only statistics for your first 100 scans will appear.

Not free QR codes as advertised for
We used a dynamic qr code for our wedding wish list on our invitations. Unfortunately we were not warned that the qr code would expire after 14 days. This is completely unacceptable. The only option you have to reactivate the link is to buy a WHOLE year of subscription which costs at least 60 euros.

NOTE this is for the site app.qr-code-generator.com, which is apparently a subsidiary of egoditor.com. They are the scammers, NOT (to the best of my knowledge) //qr-code-generator.com/ (Notice the tricksy little difference in Egoditor-dot-com's redirect. SCAMMERS!

Make sure you are reviewing the correct URL.

As many people have said, this is a classic bait and switch. They advertise an ONGOING free option after the "14-day Free Trial"

As can be clearly seen on their "help center" page under "plans and pricing," they claim that the free option is available including for one DYNAMIC QR Code (plus 5 static codes). But when you click on the link "To activate the Free Plan and view our paid plans, click here." it goes to the pricing page where there is NO FREE OPTION. SCAM!
