I was years with money inside because they wouldn't let me use it because according to them it was not in my country, just now they let me buy skins and now they won't let me trade them to my inventory, scam.

absolute horror of a website. first of all it is so laggy it makes my eyes bleed its insane. second of all the customer support is non existent so if you need help good luck. and thirdly, the verification process was a pain since it took multiple steps as in i couldnt the entire process all at once i needed to wait days inbetween to complete it

I got charged twice when just attempting to get the 7-day free trial, I can't even rent a skin because the website is so dog it does not even load the rent page. Customer service is not even responding which is ideal... Save your time and frustration for elsewhere

Support team wont help you.
If you ever swap accounts, you will have to sell your skins, and buy them back with a profit loss.

I have to say this site is not that good...
I tried there "free" 7 days trial... I typed in my credit card, and in some weird way the charged me already.
And then there is their verification system, its so garbage... When i tried to upload a picture of my driver license, it said that i need to upload a picture of my passport, driver license or a coverment ID. I will not recommend this garbage site in anyway.

I have been renting skins out, however when you want to withdraw them again, you are getting random skins back, not same float stickers or nametags. I've just lost valued stickers and signed skin lol. Never use this scam site, easy money for them and only headaches for you

They don't care about float values. I gave them away my 2 m4s blue phosphor fn with 0.02 and 0.01 float value for rent. Ended up with 2 m4s with 0.02 float value... Renting skins is also a waste of time, earned 4.35$ after 3 months or even more and couldn't withdraw it using paypal(min. 20$) so I've transfered it into lootbear balance and tried to buy a sticker from them. Instead of getting that sticker I keep getting errors from a site. Never again...

Maybe they scammed my butterfly doppler

I don't know why all the reviews are so bad, I am on this site for over half a year now and encountered 0 problems, however to be fair I only "Sold" skins, I never bought or rented any skins so maybe there can be some problems?

Terrible and slow customer service with a broken site!

Changing an email takes more than 2-3 weeks that to with constant follow-ups with the customer support. There were no checks to verify email when depositing skins. After the skins are deposited...they locked me out of my account saying there was a typo in my email and resolving it is taking more than 2-3 weeks that too I am having to follow up every day with mind numbingly slow response times.

Theyre not scamming people, They need picture of ID and credit card cause youre renting skins.
Ofcourse they need it bcuz people wont scam then when they have their information.

sold my knife 1 month ago and they still havent contacted me back after ive emailed them multiple times

I sold some skins on this site. You instant sell them but the payment comes way to late. They say it takes 2 weeks to pay you, for me that's too much time to pay someone but i waited. My payment was due on the 28th December. It's December 30th and still no sign of payment from their part and no comunication or explaination.

over 2 weeks ago I sold a gun to you I feel cheated because until now I have not received a transfer to paypal it was written that there will be a transfer by 16.11 and it is not, in my opinion, you should not do that, I guess you work hard you have a lot of customers, but for example, on other websites, e.g. on paypal, the payout is up to 5 minutes, think about it :)

Sold my knife on this site 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for withdrawal.

ITS A SCAM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE

UPDATE: Im sick and tired of lootbear(its been my 3rd problem that i encounter using lootbear, first was the adding funds bug , then the buying skin bug and now its the withdrawal bug)
LOOTBEAR just wouldnt let me withdraw the skins that i bought from their store although i have a working trade link. I had even reset my trade link for 3 times and all it says is that trade link taken please contact support.

They scam me on all my inventory on trade. -200$. Support say we dont know nothing, sorry.
