Erroneous and misrepresented themselves
This company shows a 5 star Trustpilot rating. Cleary, that is erroneous! I bought into their story initially. However, a few flags were raised when they offer you an upgrade and there is no " decline" option" to finalize the registration. Secondly, they don't disclose up front that they only cash you out when you acquire $10,000. At this point I was not longer interested in moving forward with them, so I emailed them requesting a refund and identified why I was seeking the refund. Their stated refund policy is good for 60 days. They emailed back asking for a reason - I replied and said I already addressed this. Then they sent me a link to fill out their form to verify my status. They also went on to say their refund process isn't simple!!! Good thing I used PAYPAL. They make it very simple. My refund was completed within minutes.
