Missed very 1st appointment. Red flags. Zero calls to reschedule and now trying to get refund

Sold me a package deal .. all platforms and after doing the research I was not on all platforms . They never said anything ! I had to find out . When I told them , they agreed that I was not and then said o we can’t get you on Apple ! we will give you a 99 dollar refund . I wanted a full refund as promised so I could have another company that was trustworthy ( never would have known unless I found it myself . ) they declined and was very rude . I am filing a lawsuit for false advertising , theft of services , and punitive damages ! If anyone wants to join a class action lawsuit let me know ! Huttoadam my g account

APN Tech doesn’t do any so Optimization for ABC Daycare website but loves to charge its customers. It doesn’t even deserve a single star. Started my service in August but haven’t received any positive outcome other than getting charged $600 in subscription fees. Very bad customer service as they did not provide me any feedback on my optimization as it was not completed as promised. Charged without prior authorization as they were supposed to end service after only one month
