Ross was fantastic, had his work cut out for him from the start when he came on site, was very responsive and explained what he was doing throughout and ultimately got our supplier back online with our machine.
Excellent fast turnaround from Ross
Ross was great. I called to the office in Salford Quays this morning, loads of parking. Ross came to greet me with a visitor pass for parking and took my laptop. I had a call back within 15 minutes to say he'd found the issue and had it sorted (corrupt driver.) I was a bit gutted to have to leave the peaceful bench with a view where I was waiting outside in the sunshine, but went back into the office with Ross who had come back down to escort me. He talked me through the issue and explained what I needed to do once I got back home. All good, highly recommend :-)

Christy was professional, polite, and gave easy to understand instructions - although to be fair, she did most of the necessary work via remote access. Problem resolved in minutes - overall, a great experience with IT; and it's not always I can say that!
