Great communication ,details sent promptly and now looking forward to my event Saturday as was let down badly by someone else

Customer Service is Beyond anything ive ever experienced, I contacted Glen via WhatsApp after my initial booking and enquiry and I got a response immediately with a friendly real person, you go Glen!!! Dealt with the enquiry so efficiently, was happy for me to part pay and then we adjusted the price accordingly. Booking for 16 people, trying to get everyones payments! These guys know what theyre doing and made it so easy to not feel pressured etc! Just such good service!!!!

Kevin and David really helped me out!! I’ve booked a 16 seater party bus for my birthday and we had some problems with my bank and they were more than patient with me and I couldn’t be happier with their service!! They allowed me that extra time so that I could still have the birthday I wanted! I feel they moved heaven and earth for me so I really thank them for that!! I feel my party is complete now!!

Terrible company. Don’t like no for an answer and constantly spam your phone with robot callers even after you explicitly tell them to remove your details.

Worst company ever, would never recommend.
Staff on the phone seemed very reassuring and professional. They sent me the quote which I was happy with and was going to pay via the link, the man on the phone insisted we do this over the phone. Stated no terms and condition over the phone or did not tell me to ready any.

Fast forward an hour I contact the car hire company and they said they declined the quote and not taking the booking. Contacted back and was reassured everything was in hand and it was a miss communication.

Contacted the hire company back to find out it was not a miss communication and they still have not accepted the quote.

They took a deposit of £345 and told me I wasn’t getting this back. Trading standards was contacted and they was given 14 days to reply but to no surprise they have not contacted back. Even with their “within 7 days response protocol”

This company should not get custom at all
