Would leave 0 stars if possible, it’s hilarious that they act like the customers and ups are the problem while they have a surplus of reviews stating the exact same experience I had. They lost my order and then claimed they re shipped it and that it had been delivered. It never ever arrived and then the co owner proceeded to come at me sideways on Instagram when I tried to reach out for help. Finally got so frustrated that I let them have it. All I wanted was my t shirt and they refused to provide me with it unless I paid for shipping again after my order being a month plus late. All the co owner would say is that the status says it’s been delivered. Like yes dude the status says delivered but the package was never delivered idk what to tell you. Shittiest scummiest company ever. Fs in the Epstein files.
I have ordered from here several times and have not been disappointed yet! Books, sweatshirt, throws, and a mouse pad. Some items come quicker than others, but they arrive very well packaged and exactly what I expected.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Misleading advertisement and deceptive photos of their products. I ordered one of their shirts for my boyfriend for Christmas. The photos online represent a dark black, drop shoulder, relaxed fit shirt with a graphic design on the front and back. Received the shirt in the mail about a week later, the shirt looks nothing like the photos, besides the graphic. It’s a lighter black than what appears online, it’s a regular fitting t shirt with no drop shoulder. I sent a friendly email to customer service with photos of the shirt I received against the photos online, expressing my concern for quality control, material, style, fit and advertised photos on their website. I asked for a refund since you LEGALLY can not advertise a product to look one way online and have the customer received something completely different. I was dismissed and told “sorry the shirt didn’t work out for you, you can return the shirt through our portal”. I sent another email expressing further frustration and provided them with specific consumer laws that they are breaking, they don’t want to refund me. A week later I get an email to review their product, I gave a one star review and shared my experience. Within MINUTES of submitting my review the owner emails me back in CAPS laughing at me and putting me down. I have a three hour long email history going back and forth with him, while I remained professional and calm and was relentless at expressing their law breaking and my concern, he continued to laugh, put me down, say things like “what do you want me to do beg and plead with you or kiss your feet” and also tell me “maybe reach out to the company ur buying from to confirm if the shirt is drop shoulder?” Basically undermining my experience. Lack of empathy, lack of customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of problem control. You LEGALLY can not have products up for sale that differ than the actual product itself and expect people to not be upset. To then bully and harass them via email because they gave you a poor rating is EXTREMELY wrong. I would upload screenshots of these emails if I could.
had a package delivered to the wrong house UPS has a pic of the delivery that shows its not even a house and Any Means Necessary said there more than likely there's nothing they can do about it as they said if it says its delivered the claim wont go through ...12 days of nothing so i called UPS turns out they never even started a claim.....UPS started the claim after seeing the proof of delivery everything good now ...be careful who you believe
Paid for express on two different orders both were sent the slowest available. Took 4 days for them to even start shipping. Customer service never returned an email.
I've ordered 4 hoodies. Two of the take comfort in darkness hoodies and two of the demise. The take comfort in darkness sweatshirt weighs in at 2.75 pounds and is heavier duty than my Carhartt!!! I buy them blank and put my own patches on. Quality is absolutely superb. Very pricey but I'd definitely recommend. The demise hoodies are different. They're heavy and soft lined. Warmer but not as heavy duty. Different style but still amazing! So far I've washed and dried them about a dozen times with no shrinkage. It usually takes me two weeks to get them but worth the weight.
Some of the designs look cool, if not stolen. Quality wasn't that great, a $70 hoodie was falling apart when I got it, and there was a stain that the customer service said was "part of the design", then wanted to call me a liar. Garbage people, garbage quality, garbage line. Also, all the stuff I hear from Ohio locals is pretty bad.
I ordered two items at two different times. Both items were talking a long time to ship. I asked how long until they shipped and expressed my frustration. I still have yet to receive my products or a refund. Several customers have similar stories. I believe this company takes money and doesn’t ship products. They do it randomly. I would not order from this company.
I ordered from this company recently and absolutely LOVE everything I received. I ordered a hoodie mystery box. I got an amazing hoodie, t-shirt, and 3 artwork prints. All of it is epic quality and just the style I love. If you like alternative, goth, metal, skate, punk style and excellent quality unique gear then you'll love this store's swag...seriously!
