I worked with Will Cristobal of Anson McCade towards a quant researcher position at a major hedge fund. The process took about 3 months during which Will stayed on top of the process making sure it was moving at a good pace and that I was getting enough preparation, details and expectation of each interview round. Will was also constantly available for questions and information about the ongoing process. It has been my best experience so far with a recruitment agency.

I worked with Anson McCade (George Eke) on a role for a major hedge fund. The whole process took about 6mths which very long and hence challenging from both the recruiter as well as from my perspective as a candidate. However I really appreciated the quick responsiveness and constant communication I received from George throughout the process. Great communication and excellent advice that prepared me for a successful interview

Fast responses, but very rude consultants who don't pay attention to details. In technical roles they don't seem to understand what is going on but speak like they do. Would advise that companies avoid them for the way they treat candidates.

Luke and I have been working together for the last few months, so it is a relatively new relationship, as he sought to find me a new role post redundancy. As I built my network what stood out for me the most and the reason I want to work with Luke going forward was that he always made time for me. He made the effort to discuss roles with me, he followed up with me on my applications, he listened to my concerns and supported me. As someone new to the contract worker environment it was a surprise to see how many recruiters don't do this. I wish Luke the best and hope to work with him again in the future.
