I would not recommend this company. While they present themselves as helpful, they failed to conduct the required affordability checks and did not follow the correct CCJ procedures during bankruptcy. Legally when a CCJ is included in the bankruptcy it should cancelled as the balance is settled. Additionally, they misled me by claiming to have contacted the courts, which was untrue (which I also have screenshots of). This experience has left me with serious concerns about their reliability and integrity.

Amazing experience dealing with this company, my application was dealt with by Denise she was brilliant, very helpful and informative throughout the process!

Disgusting company.. say they will help.. ask for bank statements and ID then integrate them only to check credit file to say NO

WHATS THE POINT IN ASKING FOR THOSE DETAILS FIRST .. WASTING PEOPLES TIME!!

I have been with Ann Finance for approximately 3 years.At the first application I was offered a small but helpful loan £300 to be paid over 20 weeks..The reason for the amount was for Ann Finance to assess my ability and commitment to make regular payments.
Please note that your details are filtered to a Credit Agency..so its worth paying on time as it helps build your credit rating..
Since my original loan I have been afforded subsequent assistance and each time Ann Finance has been able to offer higher amounts..
The basis is a case of Trust and being able to show you have the ability to be responsible to make regular payments..
Repayments are usually made through Continuous Card Payments..eg..you need a debit/credit card..you are offered a range of frequency..1,2,4 weekly installments..
If you have any issues or concerns it is imperative you contact Ann Finance immediately and they will willingly help..
My personal experience when I was in the process of claiming State Pension and Pension Credit..There was a delay in Payment from DWP and I was not in a position to fulfil 2 installments..
Thankfully I have a fantastic relationship with Denise and particularly Tracey who are both advisors and was given a stay of 2 payments without sanction or a mark on my credit rating...
I made the missing payments as soon as possible and because of my honesty was able to secure a further loan same day..Eg..The moral is you are the only person who can control your life..and money..
As for Ann Finance..the advisors are friendly and are non judgemental and will only offer you loans you can afford..
I often communicate early morning due to personal circumstances and can honestly say I usually get a response from Tracey before office hours start..

The applications are made online and are fairly easy to do..yes you must answer questions that seem a little intrusive and any issues..the team are literally a phone call away..

I can only conclude..If you need a loan and can be polite as the advisors always are..and can show responsibility with finance..you will have a great experience..
As a person who has Dyscalculia and little understanding of finance..being with Ann Finance has helped me greatly in the way I manage my finances..

I can’t really feedback other than I have no issues with being declined - whole process though was very impersonal , no updates and no reason given for decline so can’t recommend them.

Tracy was very very helpful with me, guided me through the process and made it really easy for me. Would definitely recommend

This loan company have really helped me out when no one else would,if they hadn't helped me I couldn't eat Tracy who I dealt with was so professional and would ring if there was a problem she was brilliant made me feel so comfortable, if anyone out there is desperate I would definitely give them a ring or fill form in on line.

Awful service applied twice got declined both times no reason as to why. Declined within 20 minutes of making an appointment yet they claim to want to help people with less than a perfect score. Very dishonest company
