I was recommended to go to Anne by a friend after I was diagnosed with breast cancer this year, my anxiety was through the roof I went to Anne for Reiki sessions all throughout my treatment. After each session I left feeling so much calmer and relaxed and made a huge difference to my over all well being. Anne is such a lovely warm and kind person who listens to you and has helped me through a very difficult time in my life. Even though my treatment is finished now I will still continue having regular Reiki sessions with Anne as it’s made a huge difference to my life. And feel I’ve made a great friend.

Went to see anne to try and stop smoking, such a lovely , beautiful lady, had my first session on the 23rd october and havent had a cigarette since, anne makes you feel welcome and relaxed.

Cannot recommend Anne enough. I went to Anne to help with a crippling fear of flying as I had an upcoming trip to New York and wanted to be able to travel without fear and anxiety. I can honestly say after going to Anne I was able to relax on the flight both there and coming back. Anne taught me so many tricks and techniques to help with stress or anxiety which have helped me even after the course with other areas of life. She is so easy to talk to, very genuine and down to earth.

Anne is a fabulous Reiki Master, Practitioner and Teacher. Her gentle, calm and relaxed manner puts you at ease and instils your belief that you too can learn Reiki.
I would definitely recommend working with Anne who also allows you to learn at your own pace - in a small group or on a 1-2-1 basis. Anne is very accommodating, has a great sense of humour and it’s a pleasure being a student.

Laser therapy helps to calm me down! I feel completely relaxed and fresh at the same time ! It definitely improves the quality of my sleep and eliminates feelings of anxiety. I feel ‘centred’ and more in control of my emotions , which is amazing through my menapausal phase !
