Wow! What a gem of a practice! I joined their care plan yesterday and I'm now, after 2 previous vets, confident at last that I've found the vet that I've always wanted. Dr Helena was amazing, explaining everything to me in detail and giving advice on the way forward for my little dog who means so very much to me. My second equally loved little dog goes there soon for her spay and it's going to be a great weight lifted off my mind to put her into Dr Helena's very capable hands as I vividly remember when my little male dog Bobby went for his op and I was crying and distraught in the car park. I know that I'll feel much more confident at Animor In addition to Dr Helena, the receptionist was also extremely helpful and didn't make me feel as though I was being a pain when joining up with the plan. Sincere congratulations to you all at Animore in Ellesmere Port.

Helena and her magnificent team do an incredible job and not only are they thorough, caring and attentive but have given me and my new puppy the reassurance and guidance that we need as he starts off in life! Nothing is too much trouble to ask for advice and both me and my pup left there happy and reassured that in conjunction with all the love I give him he truly has the best care and guidance at Animor!

To those who think or pre-judge and say it’s a mobile vets in a car park, you are SO wrong. It’s a state of the art modern veterinary practise with the most loving and caring staff. My puppy looks forward to going to Animor and doesn’t fear the vets - win, win!

I found this practice quite by accident when looking for an alternative supplier for a drug for one of our dogs. On meeting the vet, Helena Langley, I immediately decided to switch to her practice. Our dog suffers from a seemingly intractable dermatological problem, and Helena turns out to be a specialist in this subject. It has turned out to be a great decision.
Everything about this practice is professional and streamlined. From the reception through to the vet nurses to the other vets in the practice, I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble, and they all quite obviously care deeply for the animals in their care. Their charges are extremely reasonable and I don't believe you will get better care for your pet anywhere.
I was fortunate enough to be taken on a "backstage tour" one day. The facilities at the rear are amazing, it's like being on a guided tour through the most modern animal hospital. Which, actually, describes exactly what it is!
I would like to point out that I have absolutely no connection with this practice other than as a very satisfied customer.

We have used the Ellesmere port practice for a few months now and I can't praise the staff highly enough. They all clearly love there jobs and the animals they care for. I would highly recommend Animor to anyone thinking of taking their pets to a vet.

I recently made my first visit to the animor practice in ellesmere port. It was to do the hardest thing I've ever done, let my boy milo go to his final resting place. From the moment I walked in I felt like a long time serving customer, the welcome, the compassion and honestly the way they handled the whole process was exceptional. Bridget, Emma and the team were amazing and honestly made the whole time there bearable. Thank you. The most amazing touch was the sympathy card I received from them after. I honestly can not thank them or recommend them enough.
