Excellent service. I thought my puppy was microchipped but it wasn’t. This was sorted efficiently and quickly by my adviser. I have received all relevant documents and I can’t thank her enough.

Excellent service from a friendly polite Luke. I was just ringing in to check I had previously registered my little dog to my address . He was very helpful and reassured me all my details were stored safely , in order to keep my dog safe.

We just bought our furry forever friend and she was 10 weeks and so had been microchipped by the breeder. Ryan from Animal Microchips explained that breeders don't pay to have the animals chipped but the person registering pays a one off fee of £24. They then have to update their change of address if they move but there is no further cost. I had a sticker with an expiry date (26/10/2029) left in the microchip card, Ryan explained that this was for the needle to administer the chip or that it could have been for the chip itself which proved it was in date when the chip was injected. It worked perfectly when the vet ID'ed the puppy when we got her first vaccinations. I first gave the company 3* but I was impressed by Ryan who politely and carefully explained how the set up worked and answered any questions. Thank you Ryan!

I need help with a contact number as it won’t send me a reset email for password and I’m trying to change over ownership at this point I’m quite concerned that the number advertised just goes dead once this matter is resolved I will change my review

as a working dog warden and rescue we were unable to get the OOH to help us with a stray so the poor dog had to stay in kennels over a weekend until we could make contact...another dog warden tried as well the OOH
