Purchased a giftbox. Very speedy delivery, product arrived as expected and was well packaged. A little on the expensive side, but overall happy customer.

Would be a 5* review but for one thing. When you initiate an order, it tells you you can track it via a 3rd party 'Shop' app. This app is terrible, asks for a load of permissions, to be connected to your Google account to snoop on your purchases at other stores and harvests your personal information. What Angus & Oinc need to clearly tell you is that later in the order flow you get a standard DPD tracking link in one email they send. If this is corrected I'll update to a 5* review. I don't like being directed to install 3rd party apps to make a simple purchase.

Appalling customer service. Paid £35 for 4 products which were delivered to the wrong address. They have refused to issue a redelivery or a refund because someone has accepted the order. Even though they know it was not me. Referred to trading standards. Do not buy from these thieves.

Dispatch and delivery was fast, and everything was packaged very well.

Thank you for the sweets, I enjoyed eating them while I rummaged through everything I’d bought. The sticker has found a well deserved place on my cooking station.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody regardless of whether they are new to outdoor cooking or are already enthusiasts.

I have already ordered more from them and shall be using them as my main provider of rubs and seasonings.
