DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE USA ATTORNEY GERNERAL. SENT DRESS THAT DIDNT FIT DID NOT SAY TO SIZE UP ORDERED MY US SIZE. TO RETURN IT IT CLOST $230. TO SHIP BACK THE DRESS WAS 150.00. IVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONCE FOR A SOLUTION!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Disappointment doesn’t do it
I’m so disappointed in my purchase… first of all it took four weeks to arrive in which I emailed three times wanting to know where my order was and got no response when I eventually received my order the free bracelet that was promised didn’t come in the order and the dress where do I begin.. is worse quality then what I’d buy off of Temu for $1… $200 down the bin no way to return the dress either.. don’t waste your time photos on their site aren’t of the dress you receive..

I was on a roller-coaster ride ordering from this company. I eventually recieved my order & I am extremely happy with quality of the dress. It looks beautiful and just like the exact image of the original dress. It fitted me like just how I imagined.
First off, the tracking link they sent me is very inaccurate. It showed me no expected delivery dates & order didn't arrive on time. When I approached owner, she reassured me the shop is from Sydney, Australia, not delivering from China.
I already received the order but the tracking link said order is still being processed.
I recieved a message from WhatsApp telling me I will receive an order from Hong Kong on 16/10/2024. I thought it was a scam messag
But turns out to be the dress I bought, which was very well packaged, btw.
My advise to the owner is to be transparent where you are selling from. Yes, you ship from China, Yes, it will take longer to deliver than you say. But the product is extremely good quality & the people will be happy with paying less for a quality dupe. They won't trust you if you lie about where it's coming from and give unrealistic delivery time from China. I thought I got scammed, already asked for a refund & got pleasantly surprised today when I received the dress.

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on social media, I put the order without thinking much cause the website looks legit, then after submitting the order I realized its a dupe from China, the original dress is from Zara, the dress got here and looks horrible, worse than Shein quality and I paid around 140 dollars, the original dress from Zara was cheaper, so yes I got scammed and I won’t even try to return it cause I saw all the videos on tik tok from other girls getting scammed
