This is an excellent seller.
They accommodated my request and shipped the item to Japan, which is outside their shipping area.
The products arrived in good condition.

Prompt service. My choice as the very first on line vendor. Maybe we can widen our aircraft selectin a bit more, especially on the European pre interwar times.

They sent the correct goods (great shipping rate) and even warned me before shipping that one box was slightly damaged and asked if I still wanted it shipped. I said yes - it arrived 2 days later. Very good service!

Some confusion with the tracking system and not as large a selection as I would have liked – the only reason to take away a star. Otherwise, my inquiries were handled promptly, they had a kit that was sold out in other shops, and the package arrived in five days. I would definitely recommend Andy's to my modelling group.

Fast, reliable and standard shipping!

Great products. But shipping isn’t great. The shipper you have is very scratchy don’t trust it at all. To the point I think more than twice to place an order. I’d rather have shipped by Canada post! The shipper you’ve been using takes way too long! Not at all happy about eating weeks for a shipment! I order from that part Canada Ontario. And has never taken as long as your orders.

Items were packaged well and arrived fairly quick.

No issues at all . Great service all round . Only "issue " of sorts is delivery method. Not sure which company is being used but because of amount of things being sent everywhere , multiple delivery systems are required . Wish for a few more model companies to be available Thx

The books I bought from Andy's were at a good price and I had a coupon for free shipping which added to the value. Shipment was fast and packing was excellent so the soft cover books arrived with no bruised corners.

A pre-order. I was getting anxious about the model and communicated. Andy’s replied to my email assuring me of the delivery. Sure enough, it came in the stated timeframe, right to my door. I’m looking forward to completing the model.

My Easy Eight Sherman kit arrived within a matter of a few days - well packaged and in excellent shape. I love the way the instructions are laid out - clear for the most part and easy to follow. It has been a literal joy building this tank. This is my first experience at building in 1/16 scale and, if given a choice, I don't think I'd ever go back to a smaller scale.:)

Please don't use Canada Post to deliver our orders. I placed orders before and all of them were delivered fast by other parcel carriers.

This time I placed my order and the staff of Andy's Hobby dispatched the items the following day, perfect. Only then I realized from the tracking that the final mile deliverer was Canada Post. Oh my god, I felt that something bad was going to happen.

The items arrived in my city 8 days ago but then stay there unmoved and remained in "in transit" status. Then it appeared that the expected delivery date is today. I was happy but for 4 consecutive days, the tracking said expected delivery date is today but nothing showed up. Now the app said the expected delivery date is next Tuesday (Friday today!). Don't know if the items will eventually get delivered next week. I'm now very frustrated and I just wish Andy's Hobby wouldn't use the notorious Canada Post to ship our orders again. Thank you.

All my experiences with "Andy's" have been excellent, both on his US and Canadian websites. Always a good selection of items at great prices, fast shipping and superb delivery packaging. His Customer Service team is "A-1'; fast to respond and very helpful. And his flat shipping fee within Canada is awesome!

5 stars service! well package items. The website could be a bit more user-friendly, in my humble opnion.
