Fantastic pre-wrapped grotto presents

I look after my customers regardless of spend and they come back. If you did the same you wouldn’t need to send discount codes in your newsletter I’ve received months after a purchase which I didn’t sign up for. Genuinely poorly run. Do better.

Hi Chris, i can't find an order under your name on our system or an email from yourself either, would you be able to provide me an order number or contact us regarding this please so we can resolve this.
As you can see from our other reviews we do normally 'do better' and look after our customers, some have been repeat customers for over 10 years. Mistakes are very few and far between and while your experience wasn't satisfactory, this doesn't represent our usual standard and we are disappointed you feel it does and that you also didn't receive the customer service we pride ourselves on to provide. We also offer discount codes not only to promote certain products, ranges or special occassions but also to reward our loyal customers who have signed up to our newsletter, if you didn't join this i apologise, i'm unsure as to how your email ended up on the system, we could also have removed you manually if this was mentioned.
As stated i would like to rectiify this for you but can't find an order or email from yourself please contact us with an order number and i will personally ensure your complaint is resolved.

Good selection and helpful
I have been using Anderson for a few years now. They have a great selection of cards that I require and their delivery service is first class.
The website is easy to use. This time I needed a little more information, so I phoned them and was greeted by a very efficient and helpful lady. I would definitely recommend them.
