Only one of two items was delivered
Only one of two items was delivered. Paid for two day shipping. No information about the second item or follow up. No clear way to submit customer service ticket.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Both items were shipped the next business day, one from our warehouse and the other directly from the distributor using express next-day delivery. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any courier delays.
The email notifying us of the partial delivery was sent outside business hours. As soon as we were back in the office the following morning, we contacted the courier to investigate the delay. The second item was delivered within two hours of us becoming aware of the issue.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do.

Very happy i ordered from this store. First of all Joe is a legend, very helpful, responds to emails very fast and gives detailed answers. Delivery was fast as well, got tv in 2 working days, was well packed, single one on the pallet, strapped well, put away from other packages and facing upright. Only small thing i didn't like with delivery was that they don't call you in advance to give you time when they gonna be at your house, i was lucky, i was about to leave in 10minutes when delivery guy showed up, so i didn't miss him. Overall recommend, will definitely buy again if i ever need something.

Great shop to dealing with.
Reliable company. Contacted them multiple times by email and always had a quick response. I bought a TLC TV. I only had a few days before the holidays, so I emailed first and checked their stock. The TV arrived in two working days and is brilliant. I 100% recommend this place to buy electronics.

Very pleasantly surprised!
I was very pleasantly surprised with AN Electronics! After spending a lot of time choosing the TV I wanted, the company I initially ordered from ended up giving me a terrible experience before ultimately cancelling my order, so I went looking elsewhere. AN Electronics not only had the exact TV I wanted, they had the best price and the fastest delivery options. Since I was unfamiliar with them previously and had just had such a bad experience with the other company, I was really anxious, but Joe was very understanding and patient with me reaching out with questions. Both he and the courier were extremely helpful and kept in contact with me throughout the process through both email and phone. Joe even rang after my order was delivered to make sure that everything went well and to apologise that the TV was delivered slightly later than originally expected (but still very, very quickly). I love that I had the convenience of ordering online but the personal attention to detail you'd get from your local shop. I just got my TV a few hours ago, but I've already been recommending friends to shop here, and I advise you to do the same! They'll definitely be on my radar for future purchases.
