How simple it was to order items

My experience with Amory & Co London, has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Regarding my order AMORY2425CO, the products I received look nothing like the images advertised on their website. The quality is extremely poor and certainly not what I was led to expect.

Delivery also took an unnecessarily long time. Unfortunately, trying to return the items has been just as frustrating. You have to contact the company by email to request a return label. I have emailed them twice, nearly a week ago, and have still received absolutely no response.

It is unacceptable to make customers chase a company just to return products that do not meet the expectations created by its own website.

Having read some of the negative reviews before, I now wish I had taken them more seriously. Based on my own experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of the products and the way this company treats its customers.

I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend Amory & Co. Think twice before ordering – I certainly wouldn’t shop with them again.

Finding items of interest to you was extremely easy, particularly as some websites are a minefield to use.
It was actually a pleasure to use and I don't say that lightly!
I was particularly impressed at the quality of the items I wanted to purchase when I looked at what they were made of, read reviews which I do when purchasing from a Company each time as their standards can change. Their standards were obviously maintained, the obvious sign ofa well run trustworthy Company where you can purchase without fear. Also their returns facilities are excellent, another important factor despite the fact that the products themselves were excellent.
Overall, I was impressed on all counts I look for when looking for considered purchases and their prices were excellent, an absolute treat for me!
Ordering was extremely easy too.

Easy to order, great selection, great prices

I've just received my item, much smaller than other medium t-shirts, the quality of the t-shirt is poor for the price paid. Delivery took over 2 weeks even though it was meant to be express delivery. I've looked at returning it, but all returns are to USA and at customers cost, this works out at around 50% of purchase price and I need written permission from the company before returning. I did email customer service to check when I would receive my item, I'm still waiting for a reply. My advice would be to avoid this company as the experience has been less than poor! Avoid!!!
