All parts arrived well protected so there was no damage during transit. Bed seems well made with no flaws in the upholstery. I advise selecting the panel base option over the wooden slats, as assembly is much easier. Amore offer the panels for the same price as the slats, unlike other sellers who charge extra. Very pleased.

Flawless purchase from start to finish with Ayzlan. Very happy with the bed and service, would highly recommend.

I must say I am absolutely thrilled with my new bed from Ayzlan. It took me weeks to find the design I liked and I'm so glad I stumbled upon Ayzlan.
Customer service was excellent from the get go. We had our searches in hand so choosing the right color and fabric wasn't a problem at all.
Delivery wise it was an absolute breeze. The delivery men came and took the bed upstairs. Unpacked and installed it for us within no time.
Overall it has been an absolutely amazing experience with this company and I will definitely be making future purchases from them.

Amazing product. I purchased the Sherpa Blanket and it’s beautiful and arrived very quickly.

Customer service were very helpful and quick to respond. Lovely soft material, unfortunately wasn’t the colour I thought it was but it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently.

Do NOT be fooled by the beautiful pictures of beds. A horrendous and expensive company to do business with. Ordered 2 beds, 1 arrived in the wrong colour which we agreed to keep for a partial refund. I paid £500 extra to have socket and switch cut outs done. They sent me glossy images of their previous work and I presumed mine would look the same. As you can clearly see from my pictures, they do not! Sockets were falling off on one and fitted the wrong way on the other bed. They initially said they would help rectify the issue and did a partial botch job fix and are now ignoring all emails. It is not possible to call them either. Be warned - do not order from them as they do not deliver what they promise.

Edit update: In response to your reply, I have emailed you several times Olivia and I’m sure you are aware of who I am but since December you have been ignoring all my emails. I ordered 2 beds from you, 1 which arrived in the wrong colour, the other with the wrong mis-matched base. Although you dealt with these issues, you are not responding to my complaints about these awful sockets and switches cut outs which you charged £500 extra for.
Edit update part 2: The side panels have now been replaced with the socket and switch cut outs finally done correctly. The fitting of the side panels was still a bit farcical, as the the first fitters’ drill ran out of charge so he couldn’t complete the job and left the side panels up not fully attached to the main bed. I then had to chase to get them back in and when the new fitters arrived they cut a live electrical wire that fed into one of the sockets despite me telling them to thread the wire through carefully. Fitters aside, Amore did rectify the issue and the beds are now finally completed correctly which I appreciate them doing.

Ordered a Superking mattress from Amore. Already knew which type/make I wanted so searched for the best price and this was it. The mattress arrived and is excellent quality. Delivery was simple, and it turned up when stated. All in all, a great buy and service.

Absolutely horrendous!!!

I bought the Jenny Scroll Ottoman bed. First off.. Good luck with the instructions.. They look like they were provided by wish and there’s multiple pieces which aren’t even listed on there so have fun working out where they go! If you do manage to get the bed together, sadly, it just gets worse. It took the full body weight of 2 adults to get the ottoman down flat after assembly, to put the mattress on. 3 grown adults, (one of which, being a particularly strong man) couldn’t lift the ottoman with the mattress on it. So access is impossible, rendering the ottoman element entirely obsolete. Just when you think it can’t get worse. It absolutely does. Even if you muster the power of Thor and manage to lift the ottoman, you won’t be storing more than a 3 pack of loo roll and maybe a pair of sandals under there, because the base is made from card. Yes. Actual CARD. I thought it was ridiculously thin ply at first, then I bent it and realised it is in fact card. Better yet, it’s not even a solid piece, it’s 2 together so it has a split in it, rendering it even more laughably pointless.

The workmanship is pretty shoddy, with the buttons on the footboard misaligned, as are the studs at the edge of the head and footboard. There are rogue nails which haven’t been tacked down fully, poking out the fabric.

The shape of the rounded part on the head and footboard is also completely different in real life and not as nice. More of a slumped slope, than a crisp rounded shape as pictured online. If you look closely, you’ll realise what I didn’t until it was too late, the photos on the site aren’t real. They’re computer generated. I don’t think there’s even a fire safety label so make of that what you will (as far as I know it’s a major nope, to sell without one). As it stands I still haven’t had a refund and this bed is stuck in my hallway. Overall, a miserable experience. Oh yeh, almost forgot! The frame is designed for a mattress depth of 7 inches or less (I have never in my life seen a mattress this thin. To be frank, if I had a mattress this thin, I would be bothering to spend this much money on a bed frame to house it!) Anything above 7 inches will look as ridiculous as mine does, with the mattress towering far above the footboard and well past the mark on the headboard which suggests where the mattress should be (see photos, which are on the identical review I left on capri home.. except you probably won’t, because it seems they only post excessively good reviews that are entirely a win in their favour). Don’t waste your time, you’re welcome.

Absolutely love this mattress, so comfortable, definitely one of the best ones I have purchased with no doubt!

From start to finish (and it’s not yet finished) this has not been smooth sailing. Whilst the customer service team are doing what they can they clearly work from a script and don’t actually respond to specific questions asked.

The bed wasn’t right there are half a dozen items that I would not expect to be wrong with it. Mainly just attention to detail and finishing off.

The courier wasn’t great, I booked the fitting but they just wanted to get out of there when I bought up an issue with the headboard.

They have agreed to replace my bed but not confident it’s going to be right, however watch this space. So I’m waiting another 10 days and then more upheaval.

On a positive note the bed is comfy and the headboard lovely. But I wouldn’t use them again just for the hassle and lack of confidence.

I wish someone would just pick up the phone to me and sort this out without the back and forth in email… would be so much easier and also get sorted quicker.

I’ve given one extra star for the bed being comfy!

27/03/24 update… so still no replacement bed. Was due to arrive today. To cut a long story short, the couriers missed their timeslot, did not inform me, and after I chased, gave me a new slot of 7 to 10 pm. Bearing in mind, they had to dismantle my old bed and rebuild my new one, who does this at 10 pm at night they would not have finished until at least 11 pm and they couldn’t guarantee coming any earlier. This is not the action of a quality supplier.

The customer service is just not acceptable. I would’ve thought that following the previous problems I had experienced that this would’ve been made a priority.

I have contacted Capri Homes by email, who at this point, still haven’t picked up the phone to me, I had to call them today. They want to try and redeliver my bed which I’ve said I do not want as I cannot guarantee I am not going to experience the same delays and issues and it’s caused more inconvenience. I’ve asked for small amount of compensation to keep the old bed in order to allow me to make the repairs. Unfortunately they have said as the new base is made they will try and arrange a delivery that is more reasonable. I do not want the bed now, for reasons I explained, but they are not willing to discuss any other solution or even pick up the phone. Surely they can resell! Wish I’d have never bothered …

Every team from Amore have been great, from Olivia in customer service, the manufacturing team, through to the delivery guys, everyone played a part in getting us a really lovely bed which we love.

Olivia was fantastic at pre and post sales, sorting out samples and also helping organise a replacement headboard when ours initially arrived with some defects.

The delivery guys were really helpful, they kindly took the headboard to the top of the stairs which they didn't have to do.

Overall, very happy with the whole experience from Amore, I'd definitely recommend them and their products.

Initial service was good but bed turned up with brackets in wrong place and legs not as same as those on picture ( completely) I made the adjustments and was promised new legs but weeks later they have not turned up .. refund was appalling considering that if they had to collect the bed and replace it more costs wouldn’t been incurred .. anyway bed itself was built well just the small details let them down

I am so happy I bought my bed from Capri home. I wanted something quite specific and unique so I did take me a while to shop around. So many generic products online and I stumble upon this company.
I loved their collection and the option to tweak my order as I saw fit within given parameters.
Took a while to deliver, (about 2 weeks) but was so worth the wait.
I’m really pleased.
Also the price points are really good for the quality they put out.

Very sorry to say that the bed is very squeaky and just doesn’t feel well put together at all. No matter how much I tighten the bolts I just get wobble. The headboard material and design were nice and as advertised.

Delivery was surly and unfriendly.

Wouldn't recommend.

It's always nerve wrecking to order off the web & especially something like this. I read and re-read reviews. Compared to other companies, selling same kind of beds but for less, but not the same & consistent high level reviews. I phoned and bored Charlotte with a million questions...

I no longer trust online reviews, but now Ive experienced Capri Home myself, I can see why they have get the thumbs up from so many other customers & this is why Im taking time to write here.

Yesterday my bed arrived and I could NOT be more happy. Gorgeous, perfect and incredibly well built. We paid for it to be assembled and the delivery team, could not have been nicer.

Our bed included a special 70" headboard, which is HUGE, but is definitely the beds crown & Glory... and its high feature. So happy I went big, not home!

We knew it would fit through our doors and up the stairs, but it was still very heavy & difficult to manoeuvre. However the delivery team completed without a single complaint.... although maybe a few gasps and puffs!

Nothing was too much trouble for this company. Responded to my many email questions promptly. The delivery guys were courteous and assembled my bed beautifully. Very happy with the service and the bed!
