I have to agree with most of the other reviews here,
the biggest issue with this site is the Withdrawal process. I understand that KYC checks are important, but the requirements that this site have are unlike anything else I've seen. I genuinely believe they attempt to string people along for days and days in a hope that some will simply give up on their winnings.

I uploaded all documents, won a small amount and then requested a withdrawal. This stayed pending for 4 business days, before being dropped back into my Amigo slots account. I then received a automated email saying one of my verification documents was rejected.

They had requested photos of all of the cards linked to my PayPal account, which I had already provided. I re-sent it directly via email to their support asking why it was rejected, no clear answer provided.

They then stated that because one of the cards is virtual (revolut which I used a long time ago for a holiday), they would need a screenshot from my revolut bank account showing that I had made a payment to Amigo Slots. I have never used this card to make a deposit on their site, all payments were made directly from my PayPal account so this is something I can not provide and the fact they are asking for bank statements from a card that has nothing to do with them is a breach of GDPR.

It has been nearly 10 days since I requested the Withdrawal, and they reply with 1 line emails once every 2-3 days.

Avoid this casino at all costs.

Don’t use this site, over 350 pounds in my balance and they will not let me withdraw, I’ve sent them all my verification documents and they still ask for the same ones over and over again, there’s no customer support team on hand 24/7 and it takes 5 business days for them to respond, sometimes they don’t respond at all. I signed up to amigoslots deposited some money lost some money the won some money . Had to send my i.d proof of address etc to withdraw so i did that got my winnings in bank day later no problem. Following week i won 200 pounds and the withdraw option was removed from my account and it said i needed to send another bank statement so i did only for it to keep getting rejected. fed up with the process and time it was taking i lost the 200 pounds theres something not right about this site stick to sky casino ladbrokes etc your moneys safe

I have won and been able to withdraw however the delay on the withdrawal process is a complete joke. I now have winnings that i would like to withdraw but cannot withdraw as account checks message shows up. This is highly frustrating as there is no contact number and the email response is not very good. As i stated though i have been able to withdraw just a bit difficult to recieve winnings.

No telephone number, always delay your withdrawals so you end up spending your money again. Just completely useless as a whole ! I’ve emailed multiple times and nobody has got back to me and I have money sitting there waiting to be withdrawn!!!

Had a bonus for signing up but it wouldn’t let me use my initial £40 deposit on anything else but slots until I used the bonus funds I used the bonus funds and it took my actual money and left me with excess bonus funds.
