You found that my shoes had to be on back order for four to five weeks, and still you placed an immediate charge on my credit card. I contacted your customer service and they stated that they could not change the company's policy. The choice they gave me was to cancel the order and then re-order when the shoes were available. Not an acceptable solution at all. I have accepted your policy because you have me in a bind because I need the shoes A S A P. Shame on you.

I'm been a customer of Ames Walker support hose for years and recommend their products highly. They are sturdy and wear very well. I'm still wearing ones I've had for a decade!

I like the product, I like the free shipping, I like the promptness, the inclusion of recommendations of the various products, the prices. I do not like all the emails they send and have had to cancel them to once a month. How many socks can you buy?

The support stockings (toes to knees) are a bit long for me. Will try a pair from the ankle to knee and see how they fare. I do like the correct tightness but not too tight.

I have been very pleased with this service over the years. When I asked for my items to be flat packed it happened. When there has been some minor complexness to my order I have had a prompt, polite, responsive phone call, that on one occasion suggested a way to save money on the transaction.

I recall only one disappointment having to do with a product I liked not being available. I think it would be smart to log requests they cannot meet and to automatically notify the customer if the product becomes available again.

I bought the ames walker pantyhose. It was a great price and the size was a perfect fit!

Ordered multiple pairs of compression stockings. Got runs in 2 of them when first put on. Previous ones lasted many months. Decreased quality??
