Bad carrier choice
The company should stop using FedEx. They loose packages and lost mine and are almost impossible to get ahold of. I am being helped by American truck but they won't use a different carrier like I asked and I have to wait another week or so. So I have 3 wheels and tires I can't use for now. Its been a horrible experience

I recently order a 2 inch drop shackle, from bell tech part # 6416-100. But I feel like you guys shipped out some used return parts to me. Parts came in, if they were in somebody truck, before. And some how they sent those to me., do I trust the part?, are the defected in some way? Who knows?

I purchased a lift kit that was listed…
I purchased a lift kit that was listed as fitting my vehicle, but after installation the spindle included does not actually fit. I also received non-adjustable reservoirs even though the listing images showed adjustable ones.
I tried to resolve this with customer service, but they refused to offer any reasonable solution beyond returning the entire kit after it was already installed.
Disappointing experience and poor handling of a legitimate fitment issue.
***Update***
The company responded stating the product was intended for vehicles with cast steel control arms. However, I relied on the website’s fitment tool after entering my vehicle information, which indicated that this kit would fit my vehicle.
They also mentioned they are reviewing the product images, which supports my concern that the listing may not accurately reflect the product.
I am still open to a reasonable resolution given the fitment issue and additional costs incurred after installation.

We reviewed your concerns, and we show that the spindles we show that this kit will work on vehicle with stock cast steel arms. If your vehicle has stamped steel, this kit will not fit your vehicle. We do have this information noted on our product page. This information is noted under the Features and Specs section on the product page, " Made to Fit 2014-2018 4WD Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Models with Stock Cast Steel Control Arms"
Regarding the photo we have of the reservoir with the red adjustment knob, we are in the process of reviewing this information with the manufacturer to see if there were updates made to this kit. If this is the case, we do apologize for this error.
We can understand your frustration that this kit may not work on your vehicle.
