Lack creativity, you probably have to bring your own design so they could give you in multiple formats for logo and the account manager lacks understanding even with specific requirements defined.

I have been working with this company since 2020. I had a great account manager by the name of Mycroft Burton, who will help me design my logos and printed material. He sold me on the mobile app for my company. I have purchased it app development program. Mycroft left the company and I was assigned to another manager called, Gabriel, since Mycroft left, this company has turned to garbage, they are corrupt crooked, and are exploiters. Don’t trust them for any reason for anything. They’ve been dragging out my app development for almost to be years and now I can’t reach anyone. I’ve made a trustpilot review in January, and they convinced me to remove it and the idea that they would fulfill the order and bring me home with the money that I’ve spent on this app. The manager or direct door head of the program and then Alex Moore I had intervened and said that he would assist me in getting my project completed is signed. A rep name is Marcelina Tes to facilitate the production coordinating with the developers. She is now disappeared. I can’t hear from her not responding her phone goes directly to voicemail, and I still haven’t gotten my project completed. Alex assured me that I would be hearing from Marcelina in a day or two and it’s been four days and I haven’t heard from her, this company is crooked. Don’t trust them. They are liars cheats thieves since starting working with them I’ve had several people attempt to exploit me using this company’s name. They obviously have a security issue with your protected information. They knew about my project and all of the things we were doing and they were trying to defraud me of money using your name American Logo Designers. They continue to try to squeeze my money out of you to get your job completed. I’m calling the feds I’m going to file the international criminal court report and I’m gonna send my friend from the state department after them as well as pursue a refund from my bank I have given up on the idea of getting this project completed at this point , they have a very sophisticated scam going on that will increase confidence as they drag you a long delay after delay, office Quetion after obfuscation. They’re very savvy and slick and talk a really good game. I don’t trust him for anything for any reason stay the hell away from these people they’ll just rob you. The 4.2 rating is a scam as well! Can’t possibly be accurate. This is a long 3 year ordeal of lies and deception.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS AT ITS BEST. they made me a Logo which is fine and mostly what I wanted. They them told me they can make it a legal trademark for an additional fee which I did agree too. However, 9 months later the USPTO has notified me that the application has several Errors in which I have no idea how to fix. Lost a lot of money to this Scam!
