We are remodeling on of our buildings, and some hardware had to be moved around to accommodate these changes. The technician arrived as scheduled and made all the changes we asked.

The American Alarm technician came to our home to install new smoke and CO detectors which were recently outdated. He was on time, knew the details of and how to check the system, correct any faults discovered. I can’t say I am entirely happy
My experience had some bumps not necessarily any bodies fault. The company has been responsive. I was getting a new alarm
Systems in 2 houses. The bumps were because of integration of the old and new system. It did take some time to fix the problems and there was some frustration However the company has made sincere efforts to rectify the issues I am
Confident that any other issues will be addressed
