They are an amazing team. I got 10/10 service with much care and understanding. I got freaked out with anxiety and worry after I received my wig because of how sensitive the whole topic is for me, and they handled me as professional as someone can be, with understanding and sensitivity. I recommend them! There wigs are also top notch. No one can tell I have a wig on. Only those with experience with wigs can tell if they are in my face, otherwise NONE :). I’m so happy with mine. Will definitely be back for me second wig.

Everyone was so welcoming. Amber had endless patience with me whilst deciding what style to choose. I was so enamoured I landed up purchasing two wigs!
The big day came when I went to collect my wigs. Some slight adjustments were made.
The wigs are comfortable as well as gorgeous and I couldn't be more delighted.

I was lucky enough to book an in-person consultation in Austin a few months ago and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Both Amber and Laura were helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the appointment. I received my piece a couple of weeks ago and finally had time to try it on. The fit, color, and cut are perfect. I'm a little nervous about cutting the three layers of lace (I got a skin top wig), but I'm sure it'll be fine once I actually do it. I know I'll be coming back for another piece sometime this year! Thank you!!

Going to Amber Jean was the best thing I’ve done regarding my hair issue.
Both Kate and Amber were very attentive to my needs and helped me make decisions.

My experience with Amber Jean is always nothing short of perfection. The attention to detail and care for the customer experience is really what tops it!
The team truly make you feel comfortable, understood and will do anything to provide you with the product you desire. This is my 4th wig with them and everytime ive tried another brand, the product and experience is no where near comparable

I write this review with more sadness and regret.
I also appreciate that I purchased a bespoke wig without ever visiting the shop.

After undergoing weekly chemotherapy I panicked and ordered a wig out of fear about losing my hair.
However the wig I received I feel is very different to the ‘Katie’ that is advertised online and to the one I expected.
Even after returning for an adjustment it is far too dark and I’m sadly unable to wear it.
It is such an expensive purchase at such a difficult time and I feel so disappointed that I rushed into buying this.
If it wasn’t bespoke and I hadn’t signed a disclaimer I may have been able to return.
I have enquired as it hasn’t ever been used but had no reply.
I also feel correspondence just via emails is very difficult and sometimes they aren’t answered.

I feel sad that I spent such a lot of money,over £2500,on a wig that isn’t how it appears on the website and which I’m unable to use.

I was listened to and when I receive the wig in February hope it will be perfect

They were so accommodating to my needs and so professional, I would definitely recommend.

Just fabulous I have tried so many wigs from different places this wig is amazing thank for giving me back my hair will be purchasing more.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 25, my biggest fear was I would loose my hair during chemotherapy! When that fear became inevitable, and as a natural red head/ginger it felt impossible to find a wig that was my own natural colour or even close to my hair! When I first had my consultation with Amber I felt at ease and in safe hands!! She made the consultation a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming place and I knew coming to and putting my trust in Amber Jean to create my bespoke hair piece was the right decision! When I collected my wig with Katie I was blown away with how perfect and a true match to my own hair it was! She exceeded all my expectations and the whole process of Katie cutting and styling my wig on my head was the most exciting and enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my bespoke wig! The experience has been super fun from start to finish. I felt really comfortable and welcome at the studio and Katie thought about everything to make the wig perfect. She even offered to send their products by post since I had flown there without checked in baggage.

I've had such an amazing experience with Amber Jean! Due to a lot of hair shedding which led to me being diagnosed with a type of alopecia I started searching for somewhere to buy hair pieces from. As soon as I found Amber online I knew she was the right person to go to for my hair pieces. The Amber Jean shop is stunning and I instantly felt calm and relaxed there. Katie and Amber are both so understanding, lovely and kind. You have complete privacy when trying on the wigs at Amber's. Katie did the perfect layered cut for me. I couldn't recommend Amber Jean enough - I've been so happy with
my new hair piece, so much so that I have since bought 2 more from Amber Jean !

My experience with Amber Jean was amazing. I felt so heard and understood and their wigs are beautiful, natural and modern. For my second piece i designed a bespoke wig and i was so impressed by how well it matched my real hair. Their customer service is amazing. They are willing to help with any questions or adjustments and even shipped my shampoo and conditioner to me when i could not take larger packaging with me on my flight home. Highly recommend!

From start to finish excellent service and the quality of wig is Fantastic!!

Going through a bad autoimmune flare wasn’t what I expected for myself in 2025, but losing pretty much all of my hair due to the stress it put on my body definitely wasn’t. As a 25 year old woman this was incredibly difficult to deal with, and is still difficult, but having an Amber Jean wig has provided such peace of mind knowing that I can cover it up, and cover it up very convincingly, whenever I need to. The whole experience with Amber Jean is lovely - Katie is fantastic both during the consultation and when you pick your wig up. If you can, I’d recommend trying to book an in person appointment - before I had my consultation with Amber Jean, I had bought some wigs online but hadn’t even figured out how to put them on properly or make them fit to my head, I learned how to do all of this from Katie during my consultation, which was incredibly valuable in itself. Most importantly, the wig really is great - all of my friends, family, co-workers, and even my boyfriends co-workers are amazed that its a wig when I show them.

Amber was very gracious and kind .
I messed up the order by forgetting to finish making my order on paper .
And when I realised this almost month later .Hurriedly put in my order .And ended up with the wig design .I have now .However the company was able to perm it for me and now that I have had it slayed .Its my favourite wig .My other wigs except one other one .Are only worn when I am washing my Amber Jean and my raw indian hair wig .I love my Amber Jean wig .The best thing is if this wig thins .Amber Jean will revamp it .

From the minute I made contact with Amber Jean I felt welcomed and understood. The journey across London was very long but 100% worth it as I fell in love with the first wig I tried on and can’t wait to come back and collect it. The shop itself is super cosy (although a bit hard to find if you’re directionally challenged like me!) and Amber’s team are so lovely, kind and sensitive - my hair loss is from brain cancer and I have surgery scars which I’m reluctant to show in public, but everyone was very sensitive and made me feel completely at ease during my visit.

Excellent advice and service from Amber Jean and Katie, her hair team. Made Hayley so happy and so many smiles.
