Firstly, I would have to say that the Lamb Raan was absolutely delicious! However, the whole experience was let down by the fact that they had missed off part of our order. I had to contact them twice to get them to process a refund. Also, we were supposed to have received a delivery slot from DHL on the delivery day. It didn’t appear and so the food pack was late arriving. It is impossible to get to speak with a DHL representative and so Ambassador contacted them directly on our behalf, but still extremely frustrating!
Then, there were no instructions for preparation and cooking the food and so I had to contact Ambassador again and they did eventually get a URL link to us.
Altogether, the food was very good but probably not worth the hassle and frustration. Also, they refunded the exact amount to cover the items missing from the parcel even though we didn’t have sufficient items to cover all of our dinner guests! No good will gesture. Needless to say, I won’t be using Ambassador again.

My Indian Mother in Law was so impressed she said it was the best paneer outside of India. I ordered this for my husband’s birthday dinner during lockdown, and it was so delicious, so easy to make and such a fantastic experience. The only point is do not order a millions things, like i did, if you are preparing on your own— i would say six would be a good number for an hour’s preparation and one oven! And as general feedback, if the ingredients were grouped together or numbered for each dish, it would have reduced my level of anxiety.
