I'm satisfied with Amazon's website, but it would be great if my Amazon browsing history would remain off when I turn it off, but apparently for some reason it doesn't. While the website is easy to navigate finding live chat assistance isn't as easy, especially for first time users. Despite these things I find Amazon's capability of offering a variety of goods and services to the consumer very useful. I'm satisfied with my Prime Membership overall, however I wish that Amazon Fresh had more items available, but I do appreciate the fact that Amazon Fresh offers doorstep delivery, which not all grocery delivery drivers do, and in particular the fact that Amazon Fresh delivery drivers usually deliver within the expected time period and they tend to follow instructions quite well, which is not always the case with Amazon Prime delivery drivers. I have noticed though that some items, especially ones that are no longer as popular or are somewhat outdated, especially electronic items are easier to find on Ebay than on Amazon. As far as prices go some things are less expensive on Amazon and some things are less expensive on Ebay. It all depends on what you're looking for. From my personal experience purchasing clothing items on Amazon haven't always been exactly hassle free. There have been a few times when clothing item(s) were delayed more than once and when they were even sent back or cancelled altogether. This also happened for a few non-clothing items a well, however it appears to have happened more often when I purchased a clothing item versus something else. Despite these few hiccups I have had very few items go missing with Amazon.

Your services are ok however that gets over shadowed by what you are supporting; That is going to cost you more than you realize. You support terrorism and bigotry while profiting in a country built on fighting the very things you support. Your ignorance is astounding as you profit billions from a system which you complain about, this makes you ignorant and a hypocrite. Monopolies such as yourself have a very big lesson coming...I hope you are paying attention because we are tired of tratiors and companies supporting wrong over what made them their monies.
Amazon has great customer service
Amazon has great customer service. I had a package that said delivered and it wasn’t there. They refunded me the next day. I love their wide selection of items and the 2 day delivery service.

I’m lucky that my neighbors are not interested in my packages bc they can snatch it if they pass by.

Trashy and unapologetic. Lost my package, messed up my return, told me if I charged back what they lost. I would have my accounted blocked and be charged fees for all items. Classy stuff, won’t be using these clowns again. What a way to treat a customer with lies and threats! Stay as far away as you can from their resellers. Any scam they do Amazon will not help you at all.

I love Amazon .. *click* .. next thing I know, it's delivered to me! I have almost NO issues with any purchases and any minor issues I have had were cheerfully resolved by Amazon. The delivery people that meet my every consumer whim? AMAZING and most surely UNDER paid .. I truly and deeply appreciate them...

I called customer service. It has become very difficult to contact customer service.
Are there two Prime Memberships associated with my credit card?
If so, delete the second one, and refund me all the monthly fees you have been charging me for almost a year.
Previous credit card number ends with: 2597
Another one ends with : 0342
I fondly hope at least one of you read this email, and resolve the problem by refunding the money you have been charging me $14.46 every month.
As I mentioned, I pay my membership fee annually.

Amazon use to be two delivery on Amazon…
Amazon use to be two delivery on Amazon Prime items. They have now changed the policy to two day delivery after the item ships. Technically, they can ship the item when they choose so you could order an item on January 1, 2021 but not get it until October 15, 2021 because it shipped on October 13, 2021. I have gotten prime packages one month after it is ordered even though at the time of the order it stated two day delivery. Amazon changed the delivery date the day before it was suppose to arrive. If you need an item in two days, order from Walmart and pay the shipping. Do not rely on Amazon.
I've been buying on Amazon for years
I've been buying on Amazon for years. Well for the past year or so amazon claims to not take money from your bank account until shipment has been made. This isn't true. Sometimes I receive my items before Amazon takes money out my account. Sometimes It'll be a few days later when they actually charge my card. This gets my bank account messed up having me having to pay $35 in overdraft. Because I'll think Amazon as already taken they're money out due to the fact I already have received my items.
I'll contact my bank the bank says we see that you made a purchase on this date but Amazon didn't take it until this date.
A bunch of bs! I buy in bulk when I shop amazon let's just put the blame on that.. Multiple items and that I live down the way from amazon this why I receive my items so quickly that they forget to charge me before shipping it.
Virtual Exchanges Inc. - Can't Ship Overseas!
My package (pair of Frye boots) were supposed to arrive on Monday, May 31, 2021. I have contacted both the seller and Amazon.com about this problem. First Amazon told me that the shipper responded to my initial email, however he did not. Then Amazon explained that I should wait 48 hours for a further response, yet it had already been 72 hours overdue.
I explained that any further delays would simply elongate the time that the package is held in customs. Amazon.com seemed to disagree. As one of the most prominent shippers in the world I would have thought Amazon.com would be better at this. I had to step in and fill-out the correct paper-work to get this package into China.
I tried to post this message on Amazon’s website. Amazon removed it explaining I had violated their “Community Guidelines”.
There is a third party involved: Virtual Exchanges Inc., I think it is some kind of logistics company representing the Frye Boot & Shoe company. They do not have a website.
So if you need a Frye product shipped overseas, keep shopping, they don’t know their stuff when it comes to shipping.

I am very frustrated selling things on amazon! Their fees are very high and their customer services is absolutely terrible. The will not even talk to me. I have been one of their vendors for many years. I have a 100% approval rating on my reviews. However, my access has been turned off three times in the last two months for No reason. I recommend that you shop on other websites. You should save money.

Am not a frequent user of Amazon but cannot remember any bad experience when shopping there. Have ordered several times and all the goods were delivered in a good condition.
Missing deliveries & poor offshore customer service
Like many of us, I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but recently I have run into issues that may hint at how they are choosing to run their business these days and will likely force me to shop elsewhere.
1) I had an item that was marked as "delivered: left in customer's mailbox," but there was no package to be found in our mailbox. Contacting Amazon's offshore customer service (in India), they told me I would have to wait another day to see if the package showed up. It did not, so I had to contact them again, only this time they instructed me to contact USPS or my local authorities — no accountability for the undelivered package, so I guess I am out of luck.
2) I had a return that I noticed was never refunded from a few months earlier. Again, upon contacting Amazon's offshore (India) customer support, I was put on a long hold, then told to contact UPS for support. I informed the agent that the UPS tracking # was no longer accessible, so I was not sure how to proceed with UPS. They continued to instruct me to contact UPS and they would be able to assist me, which they of course were not. The support chat was abruptly ended.
3) Many, many orders delivered after the promised "Prime shipping" date. We pay for a service and expect what is promised, however, these basic rules do not apply to a big, powerful company like Amazon. I've had countless orders arrive late, with no remorse.
It seems that it's fine for Amazon to make mistakes at the customer's expense, but this would never fly if things were the other way around.
