Shocking service
Shocking service. Failed delivery in spite of item being "in stock" with delivery date scheduled. The staff at the Bath branch could not have been more unhelpful. They didn't care - made no attempt to resolve and sent us away so they could continue to party. It took so long to resolve - the sender died before delivery so we had to persevere to honour his wish. It took 4 phone calls - I never got a reply to my email. Kudos to William at the Head Office for finally resolving the delivery - he gets the one star! Do not use this company for any significant purchase.

Very helpful and fast
Very helpful and fast. Only slight negative is that they use Royal Mail who won't allow you to give delivery information/instructions unless you download their app - not even after 1st delivery attempt or through website. Other courier services do. (Could be considered discriminatory.)

Don’t buy direct from shop…
No warning on website price in the shop is hugely inflated over the on line price.
Initially contacted to the Brighton shop to ask about availability of a liqueur was told it was in stock to buy immediately. Was not advised to order it for click & collect so I paid £4.30 more than the web price. Unpleasant store staff would not assist

Even though it's the busiest time of the year they managed to get my order (from one of their shops) in a couple of days and when despatched it was with me 24 hours later! Excellent! I can now breathe easy that my partner will soon sipping his beloved Whyte & Mackay!
