Beautifully packaged and the service for my partner was exceptional from start to finish. I especially love the extra touch of the roses actually smelling like real roses — it makes such a difference.

I purchased preserved roses from Amarante London, which were advertised as lasting up to three years while maintaining a fresh appearance. Unfortunately, after around seven weeks, the flowers have noticeably deteriorated and now look almost dead — nowhere near the condition they should be in this early if the claims were accurate.
The deterioration happened gradually over time, which is why I didn’t contact the company within the 14-day period they normally refer to. I provided video evidence of the condition via email and phone to clearly show the issue.
When I called customer service, the experience was extremely disappointing. The representative repeatedly talked over me, became defensive, and kept stating that the manager was unavailable and “wouldn’t do anything anyway.” I was not allowed to fully explain my concerns and was even told I wasn’t listening — despite being the customer trying to calmly express the issue.
I explained that I did not want to do a bank chargeback, but felt forced to mention it as an option due to the lack of support or accountability. No resolution or goodwill was offered, only repeated statements of “there’s nothing we can do.”
This has left me with no choice but to proceed with a chargeback, which is something I would also advise others to consider if they experience similar issues.
Given the high price point and the results, I genuinely believe you would be better off buying fresh flowers regularly, which would cost far less and avoid this level of disappointment. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before spending a significant amount of money.

There website reflects their product along with service. They delivered the items and surpassed my business, Foliage First, expectations. I would have awarded a 5 out of 5, however, because there was no suggestion of meeting at my prestigious clients reception, over looking The River Thames, I would have awarded a 5 out 5.

Horrible experience. I ordered the flowers on a Thursday and was told they would come the next day. Despite multiple calls and emails to customer service (which was utterly useless and never followed up), they never arrived. No explanation nor apology (they eventually refunded the flowers but my wife's present never showed up, which was a massive let down). Last time I use them. To be avoided at all costs.

Order was not received! Placed the order on the 9th of June and have been trying to contact the appalling customer service team over the last 4 weeks with numerous calls and emails. I haven’t even received a single call or email back!

UPDATE: After I posted my honest review here, Amarante gave us a call, asking us to take it down if they refund us the cost of the bouquet. The miserable sum of 100£ which doesn’t even cover delivery service for the pathetic bunch of flowers we received.

After we asked for a full refund given the non-existent customer support which cost us a lot of time and energy on our wedding day, Amarante ignored our emails and didn’t refund anything at all.

And here I thought their customer support couldn’t get worse…AVOID AT ALL COST.

Atrocious customer support and execution of bridal bouquet, would give ZERO stars if I could.

We ordered a bridal bouquet and 4 small flower arrangements from Amarante for our wedding, including delivery.

The bridal bouquet was very simple - 9 peonies but somehow they still managed to mess it up.

A third of the flowers were so open and old that petals were on the verge of falling off making the bouquet look extremely dated.

To top it off, despite us immediately reaching out to their customer service more than 5 hours ahead of our wedding (so there was a chance to rectify this disaster) and calling them in total 6 times as they kept promising to call back but NEVER did (which of itself was very stressful), they did not offer ANY solution or compensation. We didn’t even get an apology. Rude, frustrating and outright hurtful.

We were given empty promises that the issue was being “escalated” which went no where. Moreover, we had to remind them of our issue anew each time we called - a very convenient memory of a goldfish was displayed by customer support (believe one of the people we spoke to was called Jessica). Couldn’t remember what we spoke about half an hour ago…

Essentially, the support team did not want to help, did not do anything, and didn’t bother to even send an apologetic email.

For completeness, the four small flower arrangements for our wedding dinner were executed well and on time. Wish I had taken one of those bouquets with me than the pathetic bunch I had on all my wedding photos thanks to Amarante.

Long story short - DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE WEDDING. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Absolutely amazing flowers, had the round box bought for my wife's retirement back in February and they are still going strong today some 4 months later.
Now that's what I call value for money.

People like this should not be in business. Bought an expensive Rose Box for my wife. Upon opening the box containing the roses it was damaged. Contacted Amarente by e mail first. Was then asked to send pictures of the damage which we did. No response so we contacted them again and they said to send by whatsapp which we did. No response. My wife and I spoke with two staff members on the phone at separate times who both said they would look into this. We never heard anything again. I would never shop here again.
