Hopeless company
I’ve been waiting for an order for just over three weeks, very frustrating. I’ve emailed three times asking for a refund and only received acknowledgement emails asking me to be patient so far. Do not recommend using this company.

I ordered a coat back in February which I had a tracking number for, but it has never arrived. Despite numerous emails I am now not getting any replies from them and I still have no coat!! I have now asked for my.money back. Wonder if I'll get an answer to that??
I ordered a jacket from this company on the 24th February. I emailed to say I hadn't received goods by 24th March, they said they were having shipping problems. Emailed again asking for a refund, still haven't had the courtesy of a reply.
Ordered and paid for 2 blouses £59.92 have not received the good, wrote and asked for a refund no reply completely ignored. I will not buy anything from this company 7
Ordered shoes. Ill fitting/ bad quality . Followed returns policy. Posted back to China in June, paid another £8 to return. After a time I queried that I hadn’t had a refund. I was asked for proof and receipts which I did have but they said shoes were not returned to their warehouse so would not refund.
The shoes turned up back at my house in December ie. 6 months later with a Chinese sticker indicating it had not been claimed!
I am going to report this company but because it’s based in China I’m not sure it can be resolved that easily
I was made to believe this Company through its website was based in London UK.
I ordered swimsuits which took weeks to arrive I now realise this is because they came from China.
The swimsuits did not look like how they were advertised and the quality and sizing were terrible.
After contacting Amara London customer services by email to request a refund I was sent an online form and directed to send back to China and pay the postage. I was also given the option of a 15% refund instead of making the return. Amara London website states hassle free returns!
I checked Trust Pilots website and read all the Amara London reviews and at this point I knew I had been scammed. From the reviews I realised it was pointless to pay to send back to China for a refund because no one seems to get one. I asked Amara London instead for the 15% refund they offered guess what still waiting! Advertising as luxury online fashion is a sick scamming joke amaralondon.com should be investigated and shut down.
My review reads the same as these previous reviews regarding this company. I tried for over a month to get a full refund as I had cancelled the order. No communication was received until I got PayPal involved. When I question them about London based they said they were available for business from the uk! They are based in China! I lost £51.68 on two swimming suits. Keep well aware they are a shame of a genuine company called Amara
Ordered a swimsuit , didn’t fit. Asked for a refund . It says London based company but returns are in China. Cost £23 to return, it’s says on the site that it’s on trust pilot with lots of good reviews , this is not the case .
Ordered 2 swimsuits! Received 16 days later, I was unaware goods were coming from China, when received goods were badly made and elastane on lower part of swimsuits were loose so private parts of body were visible I emailed them to complain requesting return labels, but was constantly told to keep goods and choose something else from them but I didn't want anything else from this company ! I was then told I had to return it to China at my own cost, which is wrong bought goods from London not from a sweat shop in china! I did consider doing it but the small print about if they would accept the goods back if I paid to send them back seemed to me throwing good money after bad! I would like other people not to fall for this unprofessional company so I've had to lose The £56 I paid for them and hope no one else has this happen to them! They advertise constantly on Facebook as Amara- London but it's China xx
