Bad....makes customer used minutes in 180 days. Very cheap and rude customer service.

Minutes used by customers are always inflated. For every call made, between 2 to 6 minutes, at a minimum, is added on to minutes used.

the minute round is not 60 seconds. if you speak 30 minutes you get disconnected on a phone call and you see they charged you for 31 or 32 minutes. you call again and same story, if they give you 2% they charge you fee $2.5! is not fair. Quality is below average. be carefull because they sell or share your informations, so I end up getting weired phonecalls from international numbers. I just deleted my account with them so they don't share my informations, as to me to try them for $25 was more than enough to not use them again.

You are better off paying a little more elsewhere. This service is costlier than advertised because you get maybe 50% of what you anticipated getting. Customer Service be-little whatever issue you are experiencing (i.e. billing issues, dropped calls, poor connection, no connection etc) and at the end of the day, your issue is not resolved and your account is getting plowed faster than "va-voom".

If you pay for this horrible and disingenuous service, you will be here within a week writing a beautiful review of how to stop the next victim. You will also wish there is a rating of (-)5 star when it's your turn.

This company is very good at scamming its customers. The customer service is very poor, they will sell you a card and steal your minutes so that you can come back and refill again. It IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH... THE COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE...

This company claims 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. FALSE, FALSE and more FALSE. They claimed to fix my problems and call me back yet instead when I was UNSATISFIED they automatically recharged my account 5 days after I called and complained with my services. No one ever calls you back so you have to chase them down. They said the would fix the problem and gave me more minutes to use however they CHARGED ME a second time without my consent saying that it is an automatic recharge that I agreed to. I called to complain over and over again yet they continued to charge my credit card. They charged me 2 times for a service that I am not happy paying even the one time. Horrible experience, waste of money and energy. STAY AWAY !They also count your minutes when you dial and if you hang up before a voicemail they include those minutes as well. What a scam!

I am a long time Amantel customer.their service level has hit rock bottom.everytime i make my calls,i get a response that my account balance is low and the call is diconnected.to add insult to injury my minutes are deducted for every try.to get through,i have to call customer service who always put me on a long hold then reassure me all is fine which of course is not true and we have to go through the process on my next call.cant wait for my credit to expire and am going with another provider

First, they have an additional service fee that they won't tell you about but they add it to your order anyway. Second, they can't cancel your order at all so your money is gone no matter what. Unless you are willing to part with 20% service fee. Third, their apps don't work and they always say they are working on it. Worst company! I asked to speak to supervisor and they said all supervisors are busy. Absolute fraud. Stay away!!!!!

every morning you will see hundreds of minutes got cut for nothing...you complain to them and you will hear some nonsense...total fraud...stay away from this garbage!

I like this service for international calls to every where. I can make calls to my country and the world at anytime anywhere with a cheaper rate! And I also like Amantel customer care service because it's easy to connect!
And provide the best solution.

The service is convenient, reasonable and trustworthy. The connection to mobile/landline is extremely good. I have never had any issues. Their customer service is specifically good. Recharging has never been this easy.
