I got two SWE internship offers from one from JP Morgan and one from Cox. Would definitely recommend this program for anyone looking for swe internships! I’m open to answering any personal questions about my experience if you’re on the fence about joining feel free to reach out!

This program helped me land my internship offer, but I want to be clear upfront: this isn't a cheat code. You still need to put in serious time on job searching and interview prep. What made the real difference for me was the accountability aspect and actively engaging with the community. Getting second opinions and fresh perspectives from the community helped refine my job search approach. If you're willing to put in the work and engage with the community, this program can be a game-changer.

Overall, there’s a lot to learn — especially from his guides and game plans. They provide the exact structure one needs in today’s market. Just following that helped me get referrals from companies like Shopify, FDM, D2L, and Deloitte, and the list is still growing.

He’s built an amazing community where everyone is pushing to break into tech and genuinely helping each other out. The best part? Direct access to industry leaders — recruiters from Amazon, Bloomberg, and others who help with behavioral prep, plus SWE mentors from MAANG who guide you technically.

This whole experience didn’t just help me get closer to landing a job in a tough market — it gave me the clarity and direction I needed to keep leveling up in my career.

This program helped me to develop a lot of behavioral and technical skills. I got great value from the mock interviews as well as support from the community! Would definitely recommend for those who are looking for internship or full time jobs.

The structure of the program actually lays out everything you need to succeed. It doesn't guarantee that you will easily land something because it really is up to you if you want to put in the work. I think my favorite thing about the program is the amazing coaches. They give a lot of insight that you may not find online and are actually striving to help you succeed. The program is a bit pricey, but it's worth it if you're ambitious.

The Accelerator has helped me tremendeously during my internship search. I landed an offer only 2.5 months after joining the program. I'd say one of the greatest perks of the program are the resume and LinkedIn support, Mock Interviews, and the interview prep content. Similar to what other students have mentioned, all of the information in this program can be found online, and you can also pay for mock interviews online, but you can't beat the convenience of having it all in one place. In addition to the support given by the program's mentors, you will also join a determined community of students and new grads who are always sharing advice on what's helped them in their job/internship search. Lastly, if money's keeping you from joining the program, please consider that I'll be making back what I spent on this program and more, so it was definitely worth the investment. The accelerator program provides a structural strategy that makes my hard works paid out. I'm a hard working person throughout my life but 80% of the time, it doesn't paid out. The program push me to consistently working hard and with the strategy and methodology to make it paid out. That's what makes the difference and worth joining.

I can't believe I made it to the second month ,overall it's amazing to be a part of it .it had brought me a lot of changes in me from not posting anything on LinkedIn to being so regular on linkedIn

I think I'm someone who needs a lot of structure in recruiting and this program is amazing for that!

This program has been incredibly worthwhile to me. I walked in with a good resume and technical skills, but still, I found my blind spots. It helps to have a network of career professionals guiding you every step of the way, and that has taken me much farther than trying to figure things out on my own.

This is a great course for people trying to break into tech, but it is important to understand that this course isn't magically going to land you your dream job. This course provides with the guidance and tools for success, but you still have to put in a lot of work, as this course holds you accountable in order to be eligible for a refund.

It is also too expensive in my opinion. The course itself is spectacular, but the price is a little high for what it is.

Nonetheless, this course will teach you everything you need to know and hold you accountable. As a result, after about 100 internship applications, I've gotten 6 interviews so far with more potentially coming in later, and I already have a $48/hr summer 2026 SWE internship offer the DAY AFTER I interviewed for it, on October 9th, 2025.

This course is great, but don't take this decision lightly because it is EXPENSIVE and you still need to put in WORK!

Before I joined the accelerator, I was getting no interviews, did awful on online assessments, had a garbage resume, and didn't have a solid LinkedIn account. When I joined, I learned a ton about strengthening my resume to make it impossible to ignore, honing my LeetCode and interviewing skills, and even mock interviewing with FAANG recruiters/developers. This helped me land several interviews and eventually a full-time SWE offer. If you're a student or new grad looking for an internship/job, or even a regular software engineer in the market having a hard time, I strongly recommend joining this course. It is worth every penny.

This program is highly relevant to and apt for C.S. students, especially those with little to no internship experience. As a more experienced student, I've also gotten interviews at dream companies, which wouldn't have been possible without the program.

Contents are good. I originally left a 3 star due to feeling like there were too little mock interview practice sessions, though I appreciate that they've added more free mock interview sessions after my previous review.

Networking and resume tips were genuinely useful, and the community was consistently helpful.

All of the coaches were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had, whether on the discussion forums/boards or through Zoom. I found the behavioral practice sessions to be the most helpful because I got feedback instantly, which helped me improve my communication skills and preparation.

This program has really helped me jump start my job searching pipeline. It helped me understand how job searching work in the industry of computer science and have various support services such as resume review, linkedin profile revision support, coaches that are recruiters who can give tremendous support in giving advices, mock interviews, and a stream of videos that explain step by step how to approach your job searching.

When my company was laying off my colleagues I was afraid that I will be next. And some colleagues were struggling to find a job. I started cold applying early this year but it did not amount to anything. I came from a different country and I do not know the ropes of applying in the US so I joined and I am glad I did because after a month I got recruiter calls from Meta, Morgan Stanley etc. The students, coaches, modules, lectures are helpful. Super hyped that Aman included the psychology behind applying because that’s one of the areas I am interested in.

Before signing up for the Software Engineering Accelerator, I lacked guidance on what to do in order to get a software engineering job. I wasn't able to land any interviews and didn't know whether to build projects, improve my resume, or enroll in another certification.

The most valuable thing I got from the Accelerator was direction on what I should be working on along with coaching from industry professionals who improved my confidence when applying to jobs.

The learning material also teaches some principles that can be applied to personal life as well in regards to success.

I'm overall happy I enrolled into this program, and would recommend anyone who feels lost when it comes to becoming a software engineering join.

It’s quite strange how I started getting results pretty soon after I joined. Within one month I got two interviews and I see a lot more traction in my LinkedIn already. I was struggling with even getting interviews and referrals but this program really gave me a good structured system to get referrals and interviews and so far the mock interviews are of great help. I definitely recommend this program if you’re struggling to get a job or find opportunities. If you truly put in the effort, you will get results.

Edit/Update:

I ended up getting an Offer at PlayStation for backend SWE. I will admit I don’t think it was just this program that helped it was definitely going to Masters at UC Irvine and my referral that got me in. But in order to get that referral I had to use the networking tips within the program. Also the program helped me a lot in interview prep as well as improv skills and they do teach the code skills efficiently especially in the coaching calls.

Some flaws however is that the program isn’t as personalized as it’s marketed to be, but at the same time you shouldn’t expect things to be spoon fed to you, if you message the coaches, go to the coaching calls, ask for advice on the posts, and read other peoples posts, it does give you that personalized experience you’re looking for. I have made a leetcode study group through it, met a lot of people through LinkedIn, and gotten significantly better at leetcode through the coaching calls even though other people were in the call with me. The coaches have their own lives and are busy themselves, so having hours dedicated to yourself is not efficient and quite frankly you won’t need it the more you go on. That’s why I think the flex sessions are goated, I didn’t even use all 4 either. But they’re there if you truly need a one on one. I recommend using them for extra mock interview slots.

Before the accelerator, I was just cold applying anywhere and could barely get any interviews. With the strategies provided in the program, I was able to land more interviews and perform much better in them as well. I believe the most significant difference for me was learning how to secure referrals and email recruiters to increase the number of interviews. The only negative I can think of regarding the accelerator is that it is a significant investment upfront, but well worth it in my opinion.
