poor ductwork then Amana started running loud all the time, wanted to put on auto but it doesnt and get no help from installer. Then doesnt work like it should at -14 when it should work at -16 then installer wont help. Email Amana and they wont help either, good thing l havent paid for it yet, will go buy another wont keep now cause a 10yr warranty is useless

Prices right but a piece of shit. Takes forever or heat up the burners don’t even for my pans they are to small. Oh and once you use it once your burner becomes cloudy white and looks like crap. I have owned several glass tops and I am so sorry I went on price and not brand as this is a pile of crap. Save your money and buy a different brand even if it costs more. REGRET this stove purchase!!!’nn

Well i trued to contact Amana today .I guess today is their first day on earth. When I call its like it is always with these companies they dont have the option I want. And dont give you the option for something else or to talk to someone. All their option basically ask how can we get more of your money for our shityy product and shitty service .No email contact. The AI chat gives the same how can we sell you more stuff vibe .You you cant talk to a person because their options arent anything you need. No opyltion to leave a message . No email when they are closed so you cant just email.
The reason I tried to contact them is about the auto fill on Amana washers .And pretty much every washer now ? WHY DO WE HAVE THIS ? To save water ? It's causing me to wash loads twice. I have very dirty pair of jeans. If I hit auto fill there isn't enough water to cover the jeans and get the dirt out. Then there also is also barely rinse cycle to get the soap out of the pants. Since the jeans were dirty and greasy I use lots of soap. But the rinse cycle sprays a little water. No agitation with rinse .No way to get the soap out with that. So then im forced to use deep water cycle.If I dont catch this im forced to wash clothes 2 times to get dirt and soap out. If I do catch it I get 18 inches of water for a pair of pants when 4 inches would be fine.Wasting water .Why do you aholes think you know better than me how much water I need? Im standing infront of the washer. I know how dirty the clothes are. I know how much clothes I have. But you who's not standing there with any of this information feel you can decide how much water I need ? In 1970 my mom's washer has small ,medium and large load option. This was great. Its what i needed .WTF did you get rid of that ? Later there was even the option for a mini load. We hate you deciding what we need. Especially since its always what we dont want.

They install a new air conditioner system 3 mont ago.
The system is too noise when working max and works 24 hours not stopping. My bill is 30% up The installer can find a reason a solution. Very bad system to have in your house

I thought it would be nice to order directly from a manufacturer... I ordered a washing machine and waited all day on the delivery day. No delivery. It took hours to reach a human and she told me my order was randomly cancelled "out of caution" with no email or text sent to me. Also, no contact ever provided to reach the delivery team.

Unfortunately Amana washing machines have a recurring issue with the inducer on the control board requiring replacement of the control unit. The company is aware of it but has done nothing. My washer was only a year and a half old before it failed. Replacement is expensive. A reasonably good budget product rendered useless by a faulty component that was poorly designed. Hopefully Amana will fix this production issue.

Purchased a washing machine and in less than 30 days from purchase it completely stopped working. There has a huge BOOM, it sounded like the thing exploded and now it is super loud and sounds like plastic parts are bouncing around inside the machine. Called Amana and after 5 different numbers finally reached a person. They were not helpful at all! They said they would repair the machine. I said it has been less than 30 days and I want it removed and a refund. They said if I had purchased through them directly they would do that but since I purchased from Lowe's they would only repair it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would call me in 24 hours, meanwhile my laundry is piling up. Terrible machine, terrible customer service, terrible company.
