Ordered three tealights, on line they were a definite shade of brown and completely opaque, what arrived was a purple shade and completely see thru, took a week to get a response and then this Co claimed they did not think the items were "all that different" and could not be returned, would leave a minus rating if that were only possible, this Co has zero customer service skills, they take days to respond to repeated emails and completely ignore voicemails, their response was absolutely as I expected it to be, i.e. "not their fault", avoid this Co, they are the most unprofessional sorry excuse for an online retailer, its of little surprise that their actual store is now closed and they are only online, very telling......

My selected items were individually beautifully packaged and further well packed within a sturdy box with a lovely hand written note. The things I ordered are well made and well priced and I am delighted with them.

I'm in Alabama in the US. I've placed 2 orders and loved everything I've gotten. One order came in damaged and when I notified them, they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I still wanted the items and they sent them immediately. Very pleased with merch and customer service.

It is wonderful place to shop in, the goods are unique and different from other shops. I find a personal touch and creativity in every item placed there. For the staff and management, I’ll say they are true gems. Very helpful and empathetic. I was helped tremendously with my furniture and umbrella purchase. In short, quality of things in this is really good; not like fast fashion stuff and uniqueness adds the magic. I highly recommend this shop.
