Thank you to Always Prompt Services and your team of hard workers. We had to replace a part in our dishwasher and APS were fantastic with sourcing the part. The part was kept waiting for the time to install it.
Matt came out to do the replacement and was excellent. Matt possess excellent communication skills and is professional and knowledge. He is efficient and is friendly and approachable. Thanks you APS and especially Matt.

Although they were unable to assist me with service of documents (No fault of theirs) due to me not being able to give address, phone or email details of where to serve the documents. They went above and beyond to give ma help moving forward. Great team

I called on the weekend, got a call Monday morning as promised by the voicemail- got set up with an appointment that worked around my schedule, got a great run through of the process and possible fees up front- Steve called as company process, fixed the dishwasher within 10 minutes, gave me great advice and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Do not carry spare parts. Takes weeks for them to order a parts. Admin/receptionist unhelpful and extremely rude. Do not recommend.
