I have been trying to contact the company for days. The sleeve is too tight at the thigh and rolls down. I want to return it but no one is getting back to me.

I placed an order for Bamboo knee sleeves on the 1st on May. My order has not been dispatched and the tracking facility shows “could not find order” I had email confirmation of the order going through. So far I have not had any replies to my emails requesting a refund. I will take this up with my credit card. Avoid!!

I ordered a product April 4 and still havent received nothing, it May 20th. I will be contacting my bank and filing fraud charges so i can get a refund. Do not order from this company.

The product was TERRIBLE. NOT as advertised and NOT worth what I paid. I’ve emailed support TWICE about a return for refund and got NO response. Will be turning the company in to my credit card company for FRAUD!!!!!

They are hard to reach but they did respond and we worked out a refund which was good for both of us.

I ordered a size large but was sent an xl. I've sent numerous emails and no one acknowledges my emails so I'm stuck with a knee sleeve that is too big! Waste of money

Item still not received after ordering weeks ago and payment has been taken. No email confirmation of order received either!

Delivery was slow. Ordered black got grey. They roll down at the top and are not as long as I had hoped.

They sent an extra large instead of a small size with no response to my request to replace or return.

I recently had TKR and was left with a lot of swelling. These bamboo relief sleeves are like a cozy hug around my knees. They run very true to size and are breathable, so comfortable enough to wear all day/night long!
Ordering was easy and customer support was prompt with answering questions.

I have not been able to track item. Still have not received the item.

The delivery was delayed, though I did receive an email to explain this with the promise of a free gift.
When the parcel did arrive it was the wrong colour and incorrect size so of no use (and no gift).
I have sent emails to both the support and alveront outlook address and so far haven't received a response.
I have a full knee replacement in 10 days time and specifically wanted these knee relief sleeves leading up to surgery and for recovery.

5 weeks- not received yet. Needed knee sleeve for post surgery & not able to cancel the order

I dont give any stars but I post this one red star to write a review . This outfit is preying on older people with pain to purchase a compression sleeve, people who may not be very savvy. The site is only found on FB posting to groups with arthritis knee replacements etc to purchase this sleeve it gives glowing Trustpilot reviews which do not exist ( my surgeon recommends this, my physio therapist my daughter got this for me....all tosh and aimed at pensioners) under the profile of a Frank Smith, likely a stolen profile. Spurious pictures are posted re his knee surgery. We queried no scar but a lot of red swelling. All Ai or stolen pictures! There are no contact details, registered office, phone numbers, shipping details and oddly no other products. Im asking people not to engage with the Frank Smith or his wellness centre that appears not to exist or to buy from this site The offering looks a very naive set up but anyone giving bank details could be on a roller coaster and lose substantial money from their account or worse. Leave well alone. The product can easily be bought from credible online sites or on the High Street or given out from a clinician its nothing special.
