I cannot recommend Alva PC enough - I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 165 for my wife’s birthday, having placed the order I realised the 3-5day shipping would not have it arrive in time. I phoned them literally 5 minutes before they were due to close, they still picked up and a member of their team arranged for the watch to be sent out next day delivery, so it arrived on my wife’s birthday at no extra cost! (Even though I offered to pay extra) Absolute class company & service, plus they were the cheapest around. Thank you so much.

Good prices for good parts
I ordered a motherboard and PSU, Alvapc were about £30 cheaper than ordering the PC parts of Amazon, thats good.
However they say 3-5 business days for delivery and I ordered 7 days ago on a Saturday, so they have had the full 5 business days from monday to friday to deliver and I'm still waiting for delivery on friday. Its especially irritating as I took a day of work today (friday) to build the PC.
I must say though there customers service is top notch, and as irritating as the late delivery was i can't really blame Alva.

I have had a great experience with these people, no problems at all great communication they are ever so helpful Brought 2 6T WD hard drives ordered on the 03/02/2026 they were dispatched on the 07.02.2026, and I received them on the 10.02.2026 might of took long to get them, but I assume that they at to reorder the drives. That is no issue with me at all, the main thing is I got my goods, that's what counts. These people are so friendly and ever so helpful. I never write reviews but after buying a CPU at a great price I was slightly skeptical and they were not processing orders for a week while they restocked so after nearly a week with no updates I feared the worst especially with some higher priced deals elsewhere now expired! However after phoning them they repeatedly called me back and sent emails and when they returned as normal my order was shipped Friday and I had it the next day :)

Great company to deal with, I ordered a Ryzen 7 5000 series CPU as it beat all prices on the market. Checkout was easy and support channels made clear. The delivery company faced delays with little communication from them, but nothing on Alva’s part and a quick phone call at the time and I dealt with a lovely guy on the phone who was able to middleman the situation and get it delivered promptly for me! Would order again and will be for sure…

Incredible customer service
Alva PC had the best price I could find for my item, and shipped it out promptly. The courier company had a problem on delivery and I was able to get in contact with Alva PC, even though it was a Saturday afternoon, who managed to sort out the situation while the delivery person was at the door. First purchase
Brought a cpu from them as the price was much better than all the big outlets.
Price was that good I had to check reviews before purchasing, took a couple of days to process but was sent out next day, asked customer service about the order while it was being processed and received a speedy answer.
Highly reccomend, I will always check alva prices before buying from the bigger, more known suppliers from now on.

Stay away from them as they’re underhanded
They posted my parcel to me, but Royal Mail left it outside and it was stolen. They told me to open a case with PayPal, which I did. They said they’d be in touch with PayPal to notify them of this (i don’t even know if this is true) and they’ll keep me posted. I didn’t hear anything back in weeks and when I asked have they had any update they said to check my PayPal, PayPal then said the case was now closed.
I’ve now got to go the legal route as they’ve said PayPal calls the shots and they’re powerless, yet they’ve still got my money and won’t even offer a replacement.
Edited due to reading the weasels response calling me a liar and a thief.
I’ve added the WhatsApp message I sent to them yesterday after reading this reply. They refused to respond and just blocked me. I’ve had to edit the swear words as this won’t allow it.
I’ve just read your response to my trustpilot post.
You’re absolutely insane and a cheeky c*nt with all the assumptions you’ve made.
You’re now calling me a f*”cking thief!
How dare you! I have told you the reason why I didn’t want to contact Royal Mail to add anything as there was nothing to add as we had been over it and I said why should I be chasing it when it’s not my fault? I’m the customer and you chose the courier, who failed to deliver the parcel or even put a card through. The first I was aware that the parcel was dumped behind my wall was whey I viewed my emails at 1.30am. I went outside and it wasn’t there. So, again, what was I going to add exactly? It was left in a safe space which was obviously not safe.
I also told you I’m busy!
You’ve twisted a lot there as I didn’t demand a replacement at all, I enquired as to what would happen next as you’ve never mentioned a replacement. You then said you were awaiting royal mail’s investigation which you said would be about 10 days and it’s been over a month now. The reason why I wanted it settled asap is I needed them hard drives, and my money is tied up with you and I wasn’t going to buy more.
The reason why I mentioned my neighbours was because I’ve actually had arguments with them as they’re dysfunctional and their children and other children in the street don’t seem to know any boundaries and climb all over my wall. You know, the one we’re the parcel was stupidly left!
The area I live in is ran down, I have half ways houses in the street and I can’t exactly start berating/accusing my neighbours or their children as their English is terrible and I wouldn’t start going door to door asking my neighbours if they’ve took a parcel from behind my wall as it’s redundant as nobody would say yes, even if they did.
But, according to it’s me trying to plant a seed (you’re deranged).
You say I’ve lied about what PayPal told me to tell you, when it should be recorded their end as that’s exactly what they told me to tell you. I even said to you it was bizarre they asked me to tell you and you even added your difficulties with them as I’ve been having difficulties with them now as they’re saying they didn’t take the first payment from my bank and I’m behind with the payment even though my bank has been debited and I’ve not got the funds and my bank doesn’t know what PayPal are on about.
PayPal didn’t decide what in your favour because they believed you. You’ve twisted that again. They decided in your favour as I didn’t escalate it due to me believing we were working on it together. It’s why the date elapsed as you told me you had notified them about my complaint (they say you haven’t filed or notified them about anything) and gave them the Royal Mail reference number.
You can spit your dummy out all you want by banning me (I did say to you I’d never buy from you again, but your ego is laughable).
My bank have opened an investigation into my payment to PayPal and as of today this case has been reopened
I will be contacting PayPal tomorrow with regards of you trying to slander me (you would be liable in court, but your ego has overstepped the mark as it’s documented publicly that you’re calling me a liar) and besmirch my name all because your company failed to deliver!
I suggest you lay off the crime documentary’s and conspiracy sites as you’re warped.

We believe that you have been very unfair to us regarding this situation and we will highlight the reasons why:
1. When you first messaged us about your ‘missing’ parcel, we contacted Royal Mail about this and they told us that they would raise an investigation, contact the delivery driver, and attempt to find the parcel. We passed on this information to you and you immediately started complaining and expected us to offer a replacement.
2. We also advised you to contact Royal Mail regarding the investigation just in case you wanted to add more information, you aggressively told us that you will not be contacting Royal Mail. We thought this was quite strange as anybody who had a ‘missing’ parcel would be eager to talk to the delivery company to find out what exactly happened. But we thought you might have been busy so we gave you the benefit of the doubt here
3. You also told us that you do not get on with your neighbors and sometimes their children play outside your house and go on your wall, again we found this very strange as it seemed as if you were trying to plant a seed in our head that your neighbors may have stolen it. The first thing most people would do when they cannot find their parcel is to ask their neighbours but again we gave you the benefit of the doubt and did everything we could to help and also passed this information on to Royal Mail
4. We told you to open a case (against us) with PayPal and explain your situation which you did, we then uploaded the tracking information and the Royal Mail investigation reference number and they decided to close the case in our favor and not refund you. You then told us a few days after that you contacted PayPal, and they told you to tell us to cancel the transaction and refund you. We contacted PayPal and asked them if this was true and they said no, this is a lie.
So with all this being said, we believe that you saw the parcel outside your address, retrieved it but then saw an opportunity to try and get a refund even though you have the parcel. This would explain why you did not want to contact Royal Mail and also why you were in such haste for us to send out a replacement as soon as the investigation started.
For these reasons, you have been permanently banned from ordering on our website and we also reported your account to PayPal as you falsified whatever information they told you.
From this point forth, we will ensure that every parcel we send out requires a signature so that people like you don't try to seize opportunities to steal from hard-working companies like us.
