James took a lot of his time trying to help me. He was diligent and offered me many alternatives to my travel plans but they didn't work out to my timing. He did a great job.

SCAM, DO NOT USE. I had to cancel a ticket after purchasing with AltosTravel. I went through the cancellation process with the airline and they successfully cancelled it, saying that the travel agency I booked with would resolve the refund. Altos never gave me any refund or travel credit. Useless customer support and unwilling to help.

I contacted Sandra regarding a 6 month stay in Costa Rica. She advised me she was going away gmfie for 3 weeks & would contact me when she was back.
A month later, I had to contact her, and have been communicating via email. ( I work off grid and no cell service, but have Star Link) She asked me to phone her and once I explained my situation I asked her to email ne the info.
She has ignored me, even after I sent her 2 more emails.
