Always prompt delivery! In the year I've been using this mail order company I've only had 1-2 duds. They were happy to replace but being in a rural area I couldn't find a carrier to send the damaged product back. That's not their fault! They were happy to replace once they rcvd the defective items.

Best site to order from and only site I can get vapes shipped to me. Just wish for better coupon codes

Always a good experience ordering from you guys! And very fast shipping even around the holidays!

Great prices, fast delivery, awesome selection

Prices can't be beat! Great product selection. I do wish my orders came faster, average is about 3 days (so I'm just impatient).

Tou guys are the best! Easiest ordering and shipping is so fast!

Great selection of good quality products! Shipping is very fast. Customer service is awesome as well!

I have been ordering through this company for about a year now I absolutely love the R and M tomato brands. I love how quick the delivery processes the selection of flavors is amazing. I’m really enjoying this company.

The prices are great and shipping is always fast

The order is great the shipping is fine but don’t have a customer service question link if no one answers them. Twice I have needed a support question answered and no response from you guys.

Purchased the monster ice box vapes and all the ones in my package tasted burnt. I paid out of my own pocket to return them and have not seen a refund or replacement order ever since. I placed an order after that and they were good but just received another order yesterday thinking it was just a hiccup or something and all of them taste burnt again!!!! This has literally left a bad taste in my mouth. AVOID at all cost.

Easy ordering online, quick turn around.

I have reached out and I have not heard anything. I received my package and one vape was sealed properly, and the other one was not. When you use the one that was not sealed, it makes a sizzling noise.

My product was faulty . It tasted and smelled horrible like burnt tires. I couldn’t use it / still obviously cannot . I’ve emailed and contacted the “contact us” number provided have not received any response therefore will be disputing it with the bank.

Alternative Pods is great, packing is excellent!!

I purchased two disposable vapes and when they arrived, one of them didn’t work at all and the other worked for about an hour and stopped working. I know I didn’t pay very much money for them and they were on sale, but I didn’t expect them to be this broken.

Always great service & delivery was great also.

Fast shipping but weary of returns. I had a few faulty vapes, I returned 3 and only got credit for one!

They always get you exactly what you order and there has never been a delay in delivery. The only thing that is not great is when you buy the $12 express 3rd party shipping it takes like 5 days to get to you. I just wished they had an overnight or 2 day shipping option.

Alternative Pods is a excellent way to supply your vaping needs. Awesome service and order fulfillment every time!
